Huly
Pez and I are debating the start of the movie. Does Sabretooth and Wolverine share mothers or fathers? I say fathers. When Sabretooth is sitting with a sick Wolverine, Wolverine's adoptive dad walks in and the front door is banging and he looks at Sabretooth and says you need to take your drunk dad home. Well then later on when they tell Wolverine that the other guy is not his dad and Wolverine has his claws in the other guy. He looks down to Wolverine and says "Son". The movie was way too cheesy, the ending was horrible. They completely butchered the deadpool character. The next origins is going to be magneto, i hope they do a better job with that one. I didn't think the movie was terrible, but if you compare it to the other X-Men movies it can't compete. I was a little confused because some of the plot lines they used in this one did not match up with X-Men 2.
Destino
In the beginning two guys are in conflict. One shoots the other. The shooter claims to be wolverine's real father. However, he clearly looks like sabertooth but not like wolverine who grows up to look just like the other dude. Perhaps the shooter was incorrect? THE OUTSIDER
I think the surprise endings come after the credits. Anyway, I enjoyed it.
Slacky McSlackAss
It was an OK movie. I really hated the ending though. Deadpool's character was completely off. But what can you do, they butchered the Jean Gray/Phoenix story aswell. I didn't expect them to get the story right at all.
buenosdiaz
according to my nerd friend they are not brothers ninja text below and the "different ending" was after the credits i saw the one where wolverine is in japan taking shots to remember the other (from what ive heard) is deadpool screwing his head back on and smiling/laughing for those interested i found this http://www.comicvine.com/wolverine/29-1440/ i wish i was a bigger nerd growing up and knew the stories better lol also, the grammar on that page is awful lol

MEANDWARF
Lets stop the debate. They had the same fathers. The mutant gene is inherited from the father. This according to Pyro in Xmen 2. The movie was not the best in the series(IMO), but I still enjoyed it.
Metalhead
];6387916']Yeah. 5 minutes of Deadpool looking like a creepy zombie isn't what I had in mind. I haven't seen the film yet (will on sunday), but Deadpool is supposed to look like a zombie. He has really advanced stages of cancer combined with years of plastic surgery. He has really advanced stages of cancer combined with years of plastic surgery. right, but thats not how they tell the story....sucks too. gambit didnt once say "mon cherie"..i know that may sound picky but that was always my favorite from him when he put that deep creole accent on and talked like that. I really dont like how they just make up mutants in the movies either. Although I did like The Blob...they did a good job there.

He's always been one of my favorites. he barely used his cards even. that was always my favorite when he would be holding one and it would start glowing. and i was totally confused on the years that it took place. he became weapon X a long ass time ago I always thought but when he was being chased from the lab they were using Hummers. 81artmonk
This movie was so off that all expectations for it quickly sank scene after scene till the end of the movie gave me a titanic feeling. Let me say this. If you are a wolverine fan, you're not gonna like it. They took so many liberties in switching around story lines and making some up that the story of wolverine got lost. I had really low expectations when they announced this film, since we all know hollywoods track record in ****ing up comicbook moives (barring dark knight) Than when the movie got closer, the more I read and saw it looked brighter. Than I saw the film and it just turned out the lights completely!! Let's just go through some problems. #1 sabertooth and wolverine are not brothers (movie says otherwise) #2 Sabertooth killed silver fox logans love interest. (Striker's men do in a shoot out) #3 Logan is kidnapped and forced against his will to go through the weapon X program (in the movie he volunteers...tricked, but volunteers) #4 Going along with #3 he goes through no training in the weapon X program. He memory is erased by striker with an adamantium bullet to the brain  His memories are erased and implanted with false ones during the training proccess of weapon X #5 In the movie they make you think that logan is an animal trying to be human, yet they never really make you believe that fact. He's always trying to stop bad things from happening from the start. The only time we see the animal (if you want to call it that) is at the end. #6 Where was the berserker rage?? #7 Deadpool. Movie version, he is a conglomeration of different mutants powers. WRONG. He was a laughable movie version, one in which they completely screwed up and ruined what could've been a really cool storyline for future movies. #8 I touched on this before, but where was Wolverine the animal?? Other than the fight scenes, he wasn't much of a badass. they never really dove into wolverines past enough to give us an idea of why he became an animal. They just glazed over it and left the rest to the the audience to figure it out. #9 Logans love interest(silver fox) betrays him to free her sister from mutant experiments. To the best of my knowledge, emma frost and silver fox are not sisters ever in the comics, this was a storyline made up in the new movie. #10 Silver fox has the ability of persuation if she touches people. Again to the best of my knowledge this a made-up power. She was given the power to heal like wolverine in the comics My biggest let down were the fight scenes. The all started the same, trash talking between sabertooth and wolvie, than charging each other, than the fight. Each fight was short and IMO kinda boring. One HUGE issue I had was with the final fight scene between sabertooth and wolverine. Wolverine chooses to not kill sabertooth as he would be embracing the animal and wollverine spends most of the film trying to prove he isn't like Creed(sabertooth) They are mortal enemies!! Wolverine would have killed sabertooth WITHOUT blinking!! There wouldn't have been some moral thought proccess in this scene. In fact, in the comics, wolverine hunts down creed souly to put him down for good, with the a sword made for wolverine to kill himself if and when he became more animal than human. He eventually kills creed by decapitating him! This movie didn't spend enough time telling the begginings of wolverine. They tried to do too much in too short of a time, in order to get a true story telling of the character. Wolverine nevere really comes off as he does in the comics...IMO. Again hollywood takes a really good storyline and messes with it in order to tell THIER story and not wolverines story. This movie is really two in one. They just tried to fit both in, and it didn't work. As a wolverine fan, it was really disappointing!! (steps down from soapbox) #
Sweet Sassy Molassy
The ending I saw in Ninja Text: Weapon XI's hand reaching out from the rubble of the nuclear complex to touch his severed head, whereupon the head comes to life and makes a brief hushing sound before the scene fades to black. The movie wasn't great, but it wasn't terrible. I decided to enjoy this as an entertaining movie based, in theory, on comic book characters. Not to be 100% inline with the comic book, if it was then that's an added bonus. But overall I feel like they didn't really do much in-terms of character development. Gambit really didn't have much of a role, and being one of my favorite X-Men, I wish he had a little more influence on the story. (spoiler alert) Weapon X1 as Deadpool was interesting to say the least. The blades in the hand was sorta lame personally. Deadpool is known with the Katana's on his back. However, there is a rumored alternative ending that shows Deadpool (Ryan Reynolds) walking through the rubble wearing a long black coat. He finds the severed head, picks it up and asks, "Who's this supposed to be?" to suggest Weapon X1 was a clone. SO who knows? Oh and also, the movie was only 1hr 37min long! WTF? That's way to short for all that they tried to do.

I thought the running time was too short too to tell the real story good. Too bad too......wolvering is a really good story to tell.
BigMike619
what the **** is up with all of these alternate endings we arent seeing? i didnt see your ending Joe. Sweet Sassy Molassy
Yeah, deadpool sealed the deal for me. I was tolerating the movie, until deadpool. How could they get a character so wrong?? I thought the running time was too short too to tell the real story good. Too bad too......wolvering is a really good story to tell. To be honest, my (conspiracy) theory is that they only briefly added certain characters but left enough out so that they can do more movies based on different characters but still incorporate the other mutants. For instance it wouldn't surprise me to see them do a Gambit movie, with Wolvie having a few scenes, but not a major role. Which if done correctly could be really cool. It would be very reminiscent of the comic book genre, when they have books based on different characters but they all intertwine within the same universe. If they aren't thinking of doing that, then I'm a ****ing genius. Something else I didn't like was the cheesiness. Wolvie pulling out the "Middle Claw" trick was funny in one movie, doing it again was like digging for cheap laughs.
