hail2skins
OK, the schedule is out and again we have a mid-season Monday night home game against a Pennsylvania team. Even though there aren't as many as Philly fans in the DC area as Steelers fans, they still do have a rep for travelling well and after getting to the NFCCG last season Eagles fans are probably especially amped up. I sure hope this season a lot of season-ticket holders don't use the "inconvenience of Monday night" excuse to put their tickets up on Stubhub and aid in turning FedEx into a sea of green. FUBAR
God I can't stand to watch something like that again. This goes for the other two primetime games. These all are against division rivals and we need that place to be rocking. People, PAY ATTENTION WHO YOU SELL TO!!
Mark The Homer
They'll be here in droves unless they have a losing record. Not much we can do about it.
ljs
I'm seriously trying to figure out how to get out there for that game. So if anyone doesn't want to go to a MNF game, please let me know and maybe we can work out a deal for tickets!

Mark, I know you have some good theories on how many of the tickets end up on Stubhub. If they come directly from the Skins organization, you're right. However, the thought of many STHs putting their tix on the broker sites before the season even begins is disgusting.
SIXX99
I don't think I can handle another primetime beat-down like against the Steelers last year. We need to have FedEx going crazy on those MNF games.

If I lived within two hours of FedEx I would be there every game, win or loss no matter what. I can't belive that some many people would ditch their tickets so quickly. NoVaSkins21
I don't think Skins fans are going to give their tickets away like they did to Steeler fans. I think Skins fans are going to show up in full force.

That was just such a horrible experience last year, but to let the freakin iggles do that to us would be shameful.
TD_washingtonredskins
The fact is, the opponent's crowd won't have anything to cheer about if the team comes out ready to play. I was at the Steeler game last year and the place was electric (in a good way) until the game started slipping away...right around the time Carlos dropped the INT and we got our punt blocked. Now, I am not justifying people selling their tickets...just saying that fans typically only cheer when there's something to cheer about.

The place was rocking at first and it was obvious who's stadium the game was being played in. It's those terrible towels; the fact that FedEx is huge and can fit so many people; and how the game went for us that made it look worse than it was. Soup
i wasn't really so pissed about the MNF games because they were against good teams. The way the redskins played against the rams, bengals, lions and the 49ers are the games that pissed me off. If moss didn't return that punt return the skins might have lost to the lions. Imagine if the redskins would have won all those games they would have ended up 11-5. Just for one year I'd like to see the skins play the entire year strong
[[ghost]]
That's what gets to me. A MNF game against a quality opponent, and a bye week to follow. Scary Stuff.
