bobzmuda
I think Orakpo gets past Cleveland. He'll remind Mangini too much of Gholston: a stiff-hipped pass-rusher that might not be a great fit for a 3-4. I've heard Orakpo's stock is falling a little bit - he might go top 10 now instead of top 5.
Chump Bailey
I do not understand the fascination with Maybin - if there is any on our side. He's not going to contribute anything immediately IMO and I can't see him as a DE anyway.

There has been too much smoke thrown around this pick to be certain but if I were a betting man, I'd still say Orakpo to the Browns.
DieHardSkins88
If we drafted maybin there is no chance he becomes a de for us.. maybe on passing downs but that's it. They will probably tell him to drop his weight from 252 to mid 240's
That Redskins Fan
There has been too much smoke thrown around this pick to be certain but if I were a betting man, I'd still say Orakpo to the Browns. with edwards being traded to giants (it is being talked about and the plans are coming together on a deal..stallworth unfourtante accident.. and mangenius seems to be pulling a chiefs and total rebuilding is under away in clev. Crabtree to the browns is looking solid day by day the browns have had orpako in for another workout , his second with them but I think Crabtree will be there selction

Actually - I do recall seeing some good moves from him during the drills and senior day stuff. I still would pass personally.
yellow41
Good read and I agree with every single thing he said, except the gnats having a better offseason than we have. We lost nobody and gained 2 that should help us immensely. There is a certain dancing DE who would disagree with you that we lost nobody... TMat184
I hope Kiper is correct. I'd like to have Mark Sanchez here.

Jimbo
I think our FO is still pissed at the Browns for preventing us from getting Cutler so there's definitely no chance we'd try to grab Edwards or Quinn. I agree with Bubba, we have greater needs and better options. Taking Sanchez would pretty much spell the end of Zorniness. It's a clear signal that we are looking at starting over at QB and need to rebuild the team. I just can't see Danny giving up and going there. I'm also opposed to trading UP to get Orakpo. Unless you project him as a starter at LDE from Day 1 it won't be worth the cost.
