JimboDaMan
Did 'em late Feb. TaxAct Online, for the third year in a row. Simple to use, handles most every situation I've had to work with. Free if you just want it to prepare the forms, pretty reasonable charge to efile fed and VA online, plus you import last years info automatically. For me, there's a domino effect. My wife runs a small business, got to get those books in order first. Then its 1040 and all the schedules. Then its FAFSA time with the kids. Pain in the arse. With FAFSA, you want it in as early as you can. With the business, never telling what will crop up (I confess to doing only a so-so job keeping up thru the year). Between those two things, gotta force myself to get things done as soon as possible.
