Leonardo Tremayne Carson, 31, was arrested without incident at his home in the 9000 block of Windy Hollow Drive, FBI officials said. The charges against Carson, listed in a March 25 indictment out of Alabama, include conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine, crack cocaine and marijuana.
