Im one of the many that feels Cutler is not a solution for us specially if we are giving away picks. So whats everyone prediction as to when this saga will end and where Cutler will end up playing next year.

My gut tells me it will end sometime Saturday and I feel as though the Jets will get him. They seem to like the gun slinger types (i.e. Favre).

One of two things will happen:

He will end up here, and we will have an emotionally fragile quarterback with no first round draft pick to use on a RT.

He will end up elsewhere, and we will have an emotionally fragile quarterback with a first round draft pick to use on a RT. Then, in turn, our front office will draft a wide receiver. Not even the best available one.

History repeats itself. Neither scenario is good.

Friday Redskins.

Heres why:

1. Denver still is holding the leverage in the draft. How? Cutler has been annointed by media as a premier franchise QB, even though his stats haven't shown too much to prove that...yet.

2. The Redskins are known to overpay for players (if your a Skins fan, you KNOW this is true)

3. So with the price Denver is asking, Washington will overpay to get. Rumor has it they want 2 first rounders, I doubt any team will do that. However, it seems the Skins are willing to give a 1st and a 2nd...(Campbell for 2nd and thier current first), which is higher, IMHO, than Minnesota or Chicago will do, i'm sure...

You don't know Snyder.

He will immediately tear up Cutler's contract and sign him to a 7 year deal making him uncuttable for at least the next 4 years.

Indeed, Cutler will be a Skin and Campbell will walk the plank. Snyder has learned NOTHING from the Jeff George drama, who went from starting one week to getting cut the next week.

Snyder will give him a 7-year deal and then cut him after 2-3 years just to get rid of him.

If it all falls through, then Campbell will rightfully leave after next season based on what the ownership of this team tried to do to him.
