I never said TO was NOT worthy of a double team. He slowed last year, but he was still the best the pukes had on the field. You fellas really ought to try to get past my username and read my posts. VA Cowboy fan
From a fan sitting outside the organization looking in I did not think it was a good move to get rid of TO because he still produced on the field. And as a cowboy fan I sat here for the last few years listening to TR1 and others talk bad about TO and they all waited with baited breath for TO to explode and how he was the team cancer etc etc etc......Now that he is no longer a Cowboy TR1 wants to talk about how good he was and how he is going to be missed.....Typical TR1 posting........sorry you cant have it both ways

sideshow24
His 10 Tds last year could easily be covered by RW getting 6-7, Felix Jones getting 3-4, Witten catching 1-2 more than last year, Barber running for a few more, Austin getting a couple, and then there's Choice, Crayton, and Bennett who could all score 1-2 more TDs than last year. Obviously the ball will have to be spread around a little more this year than last and its up to Garrett and Romo sits to pee to make that happen. They will have to be creative on offense because I'd assume teams will put their best CB on RW one on one and double Witten. They will have to establish a good running attack to keep teams honest and guys like Austin, Crayton, Bennett, and Felix Jones on swing and screen passes will have to step up and be productive. If they can't do all of that, they will struggle and I doubt anyone will dispute that. Wow that's such an easy fix! How did we miss that? Everyone on the Dallas offense will just get a few more touchdowns and T.O. won't be missed.
GreenRiggins
Hummmmm... Does Romo sits to pee still have more TD's than good ole JC after taking 38 TD's away..After playing nearly the same number of years/games ? Nevermind

TD_washingtonredskins
I don't think Dallas is set up too badly to make up for this loss. I mean, the numbers might not be AS high, but who's to say that Romo sits to pee couldn't have hit Witten or Williams or Crayton or someone else on the plays that he hit TO for TDs. I hope the offense in Dallas falls off for sure, but I'm not positive it will.

That Felix Jones character looks like he might open things up for them. Hope not :evilg:

They were simply not as talented as the guy they were replacing.
robotfire
Ya know, I wonder if playing with Steve Young is what made TO have such ridiculous expectations about his QBs.
