I know a lot of people that like UFC. Personally, I dont get into it because it just looks like straight brawling. I like boxing more because of the strategy and precision it requires. And its a classic...
skinzwiz
Yeah right, this is going to be the best boxing video game EVER...YES! Did you see how they were talking about how realistic it is going to be. This game is #1 on my purchase list...probably the only one for a while...I'm in college lol! And its a classic...a weird opinion from a 18 yr. old. lol If you think boxing requires precision and strategy, the UFC is right up your alley. That brawling you refer to is actually refined ability. It's the only sport Olympic wrestlers and jiu jitsu world champs can go to to make money. Those athletes know exactly what they're doing.
d0ublestr0ker0ll
Yeah right, this is going to be the best boxing video game EVER... Uhh, yeah right. Mike Tyson's Punch Out will never be overtaken in that category.

You have to be able to box (and kickbox), wrestle, and have some sort of jiu-jitsu training even if it's only defensive. But I do like boxing too. PokerPacker
seriously, why are they not making a Fight Night for the Wii? That system was MADE for a boxing game. Punch and block with your hands, dodge with the balance-board.

The boxing on Wii sports is a good template, use the controller + nunchuck (sp?) for punches and I like the idea of a balance board for slipping. They get a lot of games late because of the way their games have to be made.
CrypticVillain
Knockout Kings/ Fight Night has always dominated. Round 4 is no different. But after looking at Undisputed, I will say that not only is UFC sneaking up on (or passed) Boxing in reality, but they are going to game some serious ground on boxing in the Video Game world too. G.A.C.O.L.B.
How can a game that hasn't even been released yet be creeping up on (and possibly overtaking) the greatest boxing franchise ever? I don't understand that. But yes, I am absolutely dying for Round 4 to come out. Probably my most anticipated game of the year.

They would basically be the same game. Boxing is unique to both and it should continue to sell good as a game.

Sebowski
I just hope they have a bigger fighter list than normal. It only takes a couple days to get tired of the fighters. Really hoping Hearns is on it.
