How about we'll wake you up not only when they draft that amount, but a few of them actually contribute?

When you draft that many players every year it's ok to have some draft busts here and there, as the Pats, Ravens, Colts and Gmen have shown over the years. The idea is to get 8-9 new guys every year, and if 4-5 of them flop, no worries because they get 3-4 solid contributors.

The way the Skins treat draft day they have to bat 1.000 in order to make the team better, which is virtually impossible. They could get lucky, but that's highly unlikely with the way their scouting department is setup.
