Bradshaw is in a Virginia prison finishing the second half of a 60-day sentence imposed last year, his agent said to the New York Daily News. He served the first half of the sentence last summer, and the remaining 60 days were suspended until after the season. The prison term stems from a juvenile incident that has been kept confidential. Bradshaw, 22, was a seventh-round pick of the Giants in 2007. "Mr. Bradshaw is grateful for the cooperation of the Tazewell County Juvenile Court System and the New York Giants organization in the disposition of this matter and is looking forward to resuming his training for the 2009 season," his agent, Charles Stacy, said in a statement the Giants released to the Daily News. Yes no way he could afford good legal representation. No one in jail thinks they should be there.
BlueinBuf
Didn't this stem from him stealing an xbox or something?

scyber
Didn't this stem from him stealing an xbox or something? IIRC, stealing the xbox actually put him in violation of his parole from an earlier juvenile incident. Apparently when the xbox incident happened in college, the legal system didn't pick up on the fact that he had a prior juvenile offense. Or something like that. Someone realized it last year and Ahmad surrenderred to the authorities.
