mardi gras skin
Nope. I will vote for less government and fewer taxes, but I won't take my ball and go home when things don't go my way. I'm in it with the rest of you. Even those of you who want bigger government.

Koolblue13
Every freaking chance I get and I will continue to do so until they fix the system and end the war. **** them. When they remember that is MY money being thrown in a giant toilet, maybe I'll pitch in again. But when you have slobs like Barney Frank saying it's not the peoples money any more. **** You! IONTOP
I try to claim all my tips... But sometimes when I'm counting the cash I have at the end of the night, I forget how much I came into my shift with, "I think I had a $20 in my pocket, but I might have had $40"... Plus I claim a child I don't have and own a business in which I launder money and live in the closet of my house having 2 people rent out the 2 rooms, so I get credited for $500/month in interest paid but I only pay $100 in rent... Oh yeah, since I'm a bartender, I also deduct any and all bar tabs as "research to improve my position"... But other than that, I'd never cheat on my taxes (unless I get a better idea)

TheGoodBits
Soooo, hypothetically speaking of course... if someone maybe claimed "Exempt" from federal and state income taxes in 2008 because he or she was a dependent AND didn't expect to make over the limit (like $4,800 or so) that you have to pay income taxes on, but ended up making close to $6,000 in 2008, will he or she have to pay taxes on that $1,200? Will the feds know if he or she doesn't pay?

Leonard Washington
I don't know how to cheat on my taxes. Even if I did, I would have been caught. I've been audited for over $25 refund. Turned out they owed me more money.
