kubstix
I won't put down Carter or Taylor.....if you watch them on every passing down they EXPLODE on the outside....unfortunately every team in the NFL knows to tell there QB to take 2-3 steps up and you have the biggest pocket you will ever see in your career in the NFL. #98QBKiller
Blache needs to go.Top 5 defense or not, a defensive coach who has *explicitly* said that pressuring the QB is unimportant does not deserve to be an NFL defensive coordinator. Now I've seen it all. You want to fire the man behind the strongpoint of this team?

Fuzzyskins
D Line sucks. O Line sucks. Skins will never be good until they address this hardcore....

#21Taylor4Ever
DE is the first selection that needs to be made, followed by O-Line, then possibly DT, and maybe even a kicker. Though I wouldn't mind it if we signed Bironas.
[[ghost]]
I always had this dream that we'd accidentally draft a guy who gets to the Passer consistently. I still say we move Taylor to OLB as a Pass Rusher, bring Daniels in as a DT rotation along with Monty, Golston and (maybe) Griffin. It's different, but I'd really like us to use a 3-4. The only problem would be Carter. As a 3-4 End, you've got to be more powerful than finesse. The main reason he left SF was because he was going to be a 3-4 OLB and he wasn't suited for it. Taylor is very good at it, based on his years in Miami. And Daniels is perfect for that role of Run Stuffing DE.
THE HAMMER'IN HOG
And this happened when exactly? Any time we play the Giants for 1, in fact last season they were knocking him off the LOS with a backup TE. Why do you think the G-men used to kill us running left? When you can take out a defensive end with a TE it makes it easy.
KDawg
It's amazing how few people are willing to give Phillip Daniels his due. He was a big reason Carter did as well as he did last year
Renegade7
Having some1 in the middle of the d-line to take up double teams would take this defense over the top. Giving Campbell time to actually make all his reads would take this offense to an above average level. Fixing the lines will put us atleast back in the playoffs, and if the lines are truely addressed this offseason, I predict 11-5 and playoffs. This is not a bad football team.
