Dictator
http://wbal.com/apps/news/templates/news.aspx?articleid=16579&zoneid=2 apparently he was headed to the white house Baltimore police say they arrested a man at a commuter rail station after a cabbie told them he had been acting suspiciously, had a gun and mentioned The White House.Police Commissioner Frederick Bealefeld says 25-year-old Asa Seeley was arrested after a foot chase at the station at Franklin and Mulberry streets about 7 a.m. According to Bealefeld, the cab driver told them Seeley wanted a ride to his home in Washington, D.C., and mentioned The White House. When the driver saw the butt of a rifle sticking out from a towel Seeley was carrying, he dropped him at the station and flagged down police. Seeley had boarded a MARC train. Dispatchers notified MTA Police who told the conductor to keep the train parked at the station. Baltimore City Police Officer Joshua Corchran was the first officer on the scene. "Some of the passengers became afraid. When we arrived at the train station....we began a canvass at which time the suspect exited the train...we attempted to detain him and he began to flee," Corchran told reporters. Seeley broke his ankle jumping from the train platform trying to flee from police. Commissioner Bealefeld said Seeley was wanted on drug charges in Washington, and had an arrest record in Baltimore. Bealefeld says the cab driver was operating an illegal cab, but praised the driver for letting police know about Seeley. He added that D.C. Police and the U.S. Secret Service were notified. MurrayH81
Perhaps he needs a job driving a government vehicle. Instead he will likely end up owing fines and do some time, while the rifle wielding guy gets a brief rest at a mental facility and is out by summer.
