boganst
Little late on this so not sure if people have mentioned this already... but did anybody else get annoyed that they would play the "Welcome to the Jungle" intro 30 seconds too early and when the crowd was at its peak the teams were still in the huddle? Then they would try again and we would lose a little bit of crowd strength but still cheer and see yet again that the play was not ready to go. On the 3rd try most fans had given up and the play is off without much noise. Did that annoy anybody else? How hard is it to get that right so that the crowd is at its loudest when the lines are ready to crash into each other? At least they seemed to have gotten rid of the Maden JC image telling the crowd to "shhhh." During the Rams game I felt I was back at school during nap time. DB44
Dude, I am also surprise this has not been mentioned. they played that song over and over and over again. It became annoying. Our section was yelling pick another song. The Hey you suck song was slightly overplayed also. It can be effective and cool, if the timing is right. but seriously, that dude must have been drinking over smokin something.
Raub
While they're at it they should fix the sound in the endzones. I would say that it sucks, but that would be giving it too much credit.
RedlightG20
They need to hire the guy that pumps up the crowd at Caps games. I went to a Caps playoff game last year, and it was amazing how much the crowd got into it with the music and short movie clips. They really do an excellent job. I must say watching on tv from the left coast, the "you suck!" was great to hear and I thought played at the right moments...IMO.
IbleedBnG83
I ALWAYS THINK THIS SAME THING!!!! Its so freaking annoying!!!!! They need "Tigga" to do it like he does the Wizards games!
Dan T.
Sometimes the pumped in music actually ends up quieting the crowd. The crowd is all revved up on its own, the song or the noise gets pumped in, and when it stops, the crowd is quieter than when the song started. They definitely need to pick their spots better for pumping in the noise.

TSO
Everytime we play the "you suck!" chant, I just patiently wait for the opposing team, the one who we just told sucks, make a play. IT HAPPENS ALMOST EVERYTIME. I wonder if it's just coincidence, the opposing team getting motivated to prove 90,000 people wrong, or we're just being punished for lack of class. :whoknows:

AllBusiness
I'm all for nothing but DMX, Lil John, and ol' skool rap! That's what kept me warm most of the night.
renaissance
I thought the Dallass game's music was great up until the tape got stuck on welcome to the jungle. It was good to hear the first time, but damn, did they have nothing else to play in the 4th??? On a more important note: if I have to hear the cha cha slide (everybody clap your hands) one more time I might punch myself in the face. seriously, THAT SONG SUCKS  we are not at a ****ty wedding, skating party, or mets game and we are not in a mcdonald's commercial!!!!!!!!! also while we're at it can we please get rid of the cheesey ass t-shirt toss?? save the gimmicks for wizards and nationals games as those teams are horrible. at a football game it's up to the team to make plays and get the crowd pumped. :helmet:
TimmySmith
They never needed all that junk at RFK and the place was as loud as a jet engine.
RFKFedEx
They never needed all that junk at RFK and the place was as loud as a jet engine. In those days they used to allow the band to jam during dead times to pump the crowd. It still seems to work perfectly fine at college games. AllBusiness
Timmy, as I aluded to yesterday, there's A TON of crap they didn't do at RFK! And it was better. At the risk of starting to sound like my Dad, it's true. The NFL has gone big business, and ...."HEEEEEEEY YOU SUCK!" Don't get me started on the ticket/seating thing again. BIG/MAJOR turn-off! The more we sound like our dads, the more sense we begin to make.Fedex is the worst stadium in the NFL. Sold to JKC by the same guy who sold the Monorail to Springfield. While we're at it, can we get rid of dunderhead Mark Kessler and his idiot ravings about every first down?

And don't forget that he reminds us b/f each and every game to be proud of the fact that "FEDEX FIELD IS THE NFL'S LARGEST STADIUM" I wish Mark Kessler would take another job where he'd be a better fit. I.E. the ring announcer for WWE matches instead of Redskins games.
