When you pour hold the glass at an angle and let the first little bit hit the side of the glass, then straighten the glass and do a hard pour into the middle. This will ensure that the head builds nicely.

I love watching that cascade, and the feel of the thick foam mixing with that dry Irish ale...:pint: Speaking of which, I think I have a nitro-can in the fridge....gotta run!

Swee****er 420, a local brew (Pale Ale) from Atlanta.

Draft... in a cold pint glass.

You can order it with confidence... their distributor is maniacal about draft line maintenance...

Damn, I miss Atlanta!

Is Pilsner Urquell a good beer? pilsners are my favorite.

It is brewed in the Czech Republic town of PILSEN.

Urquell means "original source." Pilsner Urquell is the "original" pilsner. Must try, obviously.

I've had it. It's a good choice for a night cap. Couldn't drink more than one though due to how sweet it is.

I know I started late but I'm on my second Sam Adams Octoberfest of the year right now. Gets me by until the Winter Lager comes out.

Love this time of year:)

Shiner Cheer ought to be out soon as well.
