DeadExField
 its already started, the threads about how much of a joke Campbell is http://extremeskins.com/showthread.php?t=270857 a 'real' petition to boot Cartwright http://extremeskins.com/showthread.php?t=270840 booting Zorn for being "unprepared" http://extremeskins.com/showthread.php?t=270841 and about a lost season if we lose to the Seahawks http://extremeskins.com/showthread.php?t=270892 and a thread about blaming the offense for the whole loss. ...nothing wrong with an opinion, but its rediculous how many heads are being called for. I'm surprised I haven't seen a thread about the Refs cheating on their wives by screw the game. The season is not lost, and the season should not be judged by any one game, except the last game of the season.

krsone
campbell is mediocre at best. here is the problem with this guy. he can only make plays when the protection is perfect. he cant make plays on his own when there is pressure. i was watching giants ravens game today and it amazed me how eli avoided pressure, side steped, stepped in and made plays on his own when there was pressure. you gotta understand that your o line isnt gonna be perfect thw whole time and as a Qb u gotta be ready for it. campbell just cant do it. he is average QB amd it kills me that we gave away a draft pick to move up and waste a 1st rd pick on this QB. two, play calling. it had become gibb's II all over again. Lack of deep passes. i mean even madden said it. we cant keep doing screens, ding and dunks without attempting to go deep and opening it up. why jansen is in there is a mystery. offense is just patheitc. only bright spot is our defense and always has been. Campbell has had enough yrs as a QB. he aint getting any younger. there is no reason to continue with this guy. finish out this yr and let there be qb competetion during the offseason. Gart Monk
Can't pass protect + can't pass rush = maybe next year. The window for this team is closing and the linemen are old. No relief in sight. Brennan should not be subjected to this crap. Too bad we can't play the Rams every week. Oh wait...nevermind:doh: Don't hate the player, hate the game! F-16 CHIEF
Get ready for the Rah rah threads. We're stil the best. Who cares if we loose as long as we try hard. Go team go. JC is the best. Even when he has time, he still can't check off to the open receiver. He got beat by a one handed QB tonight, but he's the best. rah rah rah. Why not start Brennan. Let's see. 10 points against a team that the G men scored 35 on. 6 against the Steelers. BOTH LOSSES. Colt could do worse how??? And yes, the entire O lost the game. Yes, Zorn was underprepared as he has been for every game except for 2. 1st Dallas and Philly. Wake up people. This team is one Cleveland missed FG and one miracle punt return in Detroit from being 4-6. 23 points in 3 Nationally televised games. Uh yeah, we're good alright. Good enough for a high draft pick. Which we'll probably waste on a punter.
elkabong82
Hahaha. The loss definitely sucked tonite, and the offense definitely has stuff to work on, but we're 6-4 and the same chicken littles who hate a big heaping of crow and disappeared are now back in full force in this thread. How many of you all counted this team out after Buffalo last season? Or in 2005 when we were 5-6? It's not over until it's over. Instead of bringing up the same stuff over and over again, reverting back to saying the same crap that already had you all eating crow before, why not offer up actual solutions? It's always "this player needs to go" or "we need to throw deep" or other simplistic nonsense. For example, JC was getting hit a lot tonite right as he was trying to make a throw. So, one solution could be to use the shotgun more often, or at least start using it more in games like this one where the D is putting on more pressure than the OL can handle. I know Zorn has said, however, that his WCO keeps the QB up on the line, so maybe he wants the team to stick with it eventhough they may struggle, rather than revert back. Some people may think sticking with Zorn's WCO despite the lack of great production currently is a good thing, as we wouldn't be reverting back or regressing and it would be best for the future. Others may think Zorn needs to adapt his offense to the capabilities and defencies of this team. That could translate to more scoring, but it could set the offense back in learning the rest of the WCO. I'm not really sure at this point myself. We're still 6-4 though, so I'm not going to count us out.

And we lost to the Rams who just got toasted by the 49ers. The Rams beat the Cowboys, the Eagles beat the Rams, the Eagles tied with Cincy, we beat the Cardinals, the Cardinals beat the Cowboys, the Cowboys beat us, we beat the Cowboys, the Jets beat the Patriots and lost to the Raiders. This is a league of parity and connecting games like you are trying to do is silly because, as I've shown above, the results of your "methodology" don't tell you anything because they're so mixed. krsone
The people that constantly complain about the O-Line is just making excuses for JC. Even when he has good protection he has trouble finding guys. yeah this guy campbell needs perfect protection and WRs must be wide open for him to make plays. he also looks dazed out there. no emotions. looks like he just got knocked out by mike tyson. im sure he aint no leader in the huddle. motivator in the huddle? i dont think so. then yeah like uve said, he has trouble finding guys. he cant see the field well and he doesnt take risk. there isnt anything impressive about this guy and we ve seen the best of him. i have not seen anything from this guy campbell to make me think that he can improve with more time. at best he will be a mediocre QB.
