Just a fun little aside :)

I think the guy's got it pretty much nailed down. :D

Everyone has their team. It doesn't matter if you like football or not, you have, "a team". Someone's team isn't merely a hobby or a preference, it's a part of you, it represents who you are. Whether it's the Lions, 49ers, or Vikings who you root for will show through your life. as a matter of fact the team that you root for could easily reflect the type of person you are. Here are some of the most obvious examples.

Green Bay Packers :

If you are a Packer, or "cheese head" as you like to be called, then there's a good chance that you live or have ties to Wisconsin. People in Wisconsin have nothing else to take pride in, and what few things they do have, like cows and cheese, they involve into their football, which is their proudest possession. Packer fans usually tend to be old-fashioned and sentimental, which isn't a bad thing, but very easy to notice. Packer fans love to watch their simple country boy Brett Favre lead the Packers as if he was foolin' around in the backyard. Packer fans find things like that very appealing which might be why they have been so attached to Favre.

New England Patriots:

Being a New England fan doesn't necessarilymean that you live in New England. You could possibly be a bandwagon jumper, or someone who loves to win. It's very easy to root for New England because the biggest heartache you might feel in a season is that you only won 18 strait games instead of the full 19. There's a very good chance that you don't like football at all, and you simply want to pick a sure winner to root for.

But I'm being completely unfair to the true die-hard Patriots, and before they hunt me down to kill me as soon as they read this let me say that it takes a very special person to be a Patriots fan. If you are a New England Patriot born and raised you probably hate all things involving New York, including it's teams, it's pizza, and it's people. You probably hate anybody by the name of "Peyton" or "Tony", and maybe even "Bledsoe" depending on how old you old. You also find winning to be the norm and touchdowns to be as common as cheerios in the morning, you also are becoming very sick of hearing everybody's hate for your team just because they're good.

Dallas Cowboys:

If you call yourself a Dallas Cowboy you most likely are someone who loves to win, and win a say love I mean worship winning. You like the biggest and the best. You think that you are better than everyone else and that they're just jealous. You think the Redskins are a bunch of whiny hopefuls who will never amount to anything. Other people might consider you to be arrogant or a loudmouth, but like before, they're just jealous. You might be constantly known for talking the talk, but not walking the walk, and may never be counted on to get the job done. It is possible that you have a great love for Texas for it's big wild open spaces, much resembling Terrell Owens mouth.

Agreed. He's got our number, big-time. Good find AR.

EDIT: Jumbo, congrats on the age-reduction procedure, glad to see that went well...:silly:

I thought it would help me feel more in sync with the ATN/tailgate experience. :silly:
