Bang
I don't know, I'm sure he's funny and all, but this clip just made me say "Damn, this is the same act as EVERY standup comic there is anymore." Seriously, you turn on Comedy Central without the sound, and you can tell what they're joking about simply by looking at them. Almost always you'll find... Black comic- talks about race Hispanic comic- talks about race White comic- talks about childhood woman comic- talks about sex and being fat Maybe it's just me, but it's played. The same jokes Richard Pryor was doing 40 years ago. Hell, even Jimmy Walker ran this stuff. Predictable material? DYNO-MITE! ~Bang
BayouBrave86
The spanish part is hilarious about the little girl in the wedding dress skipping through the laundry mat in soccer shoes.

JimmyConway
Katt Williams is hilarious. Pimp Chronicles which is the one you're all speaking of is probably his best. American Hustle is good as well but doesn't touch Pimp Chronicles. BayouBrave86
My buddies and I watched that stand up last year when it was on HBO and could not stop laughing. Heisenberg
Dave Chappelle needs to come back. I saw him on the the stand up circuit about a year after Chappelle's Show stopped and he was even more hilarious than when I saw him a few years prior. I would do just about anything to see new Chappelle material. Behind George Carlin he was the best IMO. Then there is Oswalt, David Cross, and Mitch Hedgeberg. Then there is Oswalt, David Cross, and Mitch Hedgeberg. I wish, I don't think he did a special for this material and I believe it was the last time he had an actual "tour". It's a shame - I've seen him twice in person and they were both some of the most fun I've ever had. If Dave Chappelle toured twice a year I'd go see him twice a year, he's that good and his shows are always different because he curtails it to whatever city he's in and how the audience is responding, he's really great at impromptu comedy. I would love to see Chris Rock as well.

MonkFan8
That earlier hustlin video is a horrible mash up of his actual performance. Here's a better (not edited) version, absolutely hilarious.
Kosher Ham
Williams is very funny. Chapelle, live...not really, his bit is stale live. Chris Rock is funny. His timing is better than most.

Have you ever seen him live? Or are you going by "Killing em Softly" - funny but played out or "For What It's Worth" - okay but not great. Both the shows I went to live were 100x better than either of these acts.
Kosher Ham
Yes, I went with 6 friends to see Chapelle before he was really even famous. Sat in the front row at the DC Improv. He was kinda corny and cheesy to me. My friends and I had a few laughs but compared to many other comedians...he was just ok. I would rather see Damon Wayans, Chris Rock, Eddie Murphy, Louis C.K., Bobby Slayton, Jerry Seinfeld, George Carlin, Kevin James, and many others again before seeing Chapelle again. He simply wasn't that impressive live. Some of his skits on his show were funny, others just stupid.
pjfootballer
I like one of our local guys around here, Jon Reep. He was the guy in the "Is that a Hemi" commercials. He is from Hickory NC.
