DWinzit
Did anyone know he was cut? Did anyone care? Falcons re-signed Joey Harrington to an undisclosed contract, according to NFL Network's Adam Schefter. Getting cut in a salary cap move, then re-signing less than a week later is a sign your NFL juice is gone. Harrington made the right move to return, because he still has a legitimate chance at starting over Chris Redman or a rookie to be named later. He can be a capable backup, but tends to fade when he starts for long stretches. http://www.rotoworld.com/content/Home_NFL.aspx
skinfan2k
They said they cut him to give them salary cap savings and sign him to a new deal
DWinzit
They cut him a week ago. They still have QB's Redman, Shockley and Vick() under contract and were talking about drafting Matt Ryan.
Hitman#21
He may be the starter if they dont draft a QB.

kvarlo12000
I think Chris Reddman will be the starter.
kvarlo12000
And wouldn't it be better if they just restructured.
RedskinsSuperBowl21
Joey Harrington catches alot of ****, but the truth is that there is a fine line between a starter and a solid back up and he is the definition of that line.
MidwayMonster31
Despite all the bad things you hear about him, he actually put up career highs in completion percentage and yards per attempt. He even had a better passer rating than a certain super bowl MVP. If Petrino didn't keep playing mix-and-match with his quarterbacks, he could've actually been better. They'll probably pick a quarterback with one of their second round picks.
