HoyaSkins28
If Williams does get the job, is everyone going to take back what they said about Snyder? yeah probably just because he would have made the right decision. but if the skins suck next year with gregg everyone will have to shut up and let dan make the choice he wants the next time he hires. HigSkin
If Williams does get the job, is everyone going to take back what they said about Snyder? I'm fine with him conducting the search but tired of all the incorrect information being reported by news outlets. I wish they would communicate or debunk false releases. andyburd
Some will. Then some will take credit for it. It was unreal how everyone loved Danny after Sean's funeral, and then with the speculation of Fassel, they sounded like they could kill him. This is a very fickle world

This is a very fickle world The Fassel thing is most related to shock given their supposed desire to maintain continuity (press conference). That word has new meaning these days!

This is a very fickle world I think it might be more accurate to say people loved how he handled the entire Sean Talyor situation, but are disappointed/frustrated with the way the coach search is being conducted or at least communicated. IOW, the actions, as opposed to the man. It seems as though people were pleasantly surprised by his actions surrounding ST, (I know I was) and are feeling like the more predictably puzzling DS is what we're seeing now. :whoknows: :2cents:
SkinsD21
i think its a dam good hiring we need a fresh start cause gibbs didnt get it done. so gw cant get it done eithere just look how he was with the bills they had so very good players then, and he still sucked. thats why i dont understand why most of u are pulling for gw.i think to be honiest that any body would be better then him... but Al Saunders is the man i am upset that they wanna let him go, besides it was Joe **** it up Gibbs that messed up Saunders. we would be awesome in 08 if Saunders stays

Capt Rich Fla
If Fasell does become the next coach, I can't wait to see this board if he loses the first game next year. Even preseason game. This poor man has the most pressure ever put on a coach in history right now. I will be expecting a season just like the patriots or this will be a failure. That's bad, but alot of people will give this coach the same room for error. We've never turned on our team in the stadium like we could have, but if this man comes out flat I think you all will see how ugly POd fans can be. It won't be at the team, but snyder. Truant
It's just frustrating. Us fans, we'll always voice our opinions. Dan hasn't done much WRONG at this particular juncture, but he's running this like a spy movie, not a football team. That might seem kinda cool, but it's cruel as people's lives are closely tied to this decision. The team has no direction and as most every team in the league moves forward towards next season, we're still spinning are wheels. At least we're doing it in a cool way that keeps the media guessing... Fassel doesn't inspire confidence. We're talking about the Washington Redskins. This guy is going to follow Joe Gibbs. Instead of the guy Gibbs would pick to continue the two playoff births in three years. Fassel has been on a downward trend. Finishing 4-12 in NYC, losing that locker room, working as an offensive coordinator, fired midseason, then this past year doing radio. Fassel would accept a coordinator position happily. Instead, we take a guy who is on NO ONE'S radar and we slide him into the top slot. There is a reason there is such an uproar, and it's not just the fans. People who do this football stuff for a living are scratching their heads.
JCskins
The only adult in the Redskins executive suite having decamped to Charlotte, ol' ******** Danny and his faithful Dog Vinny are showing the world that the morons are in charge once again. MoeRedskins
I hope Snyder looks at those poll results ... 82% are currently saying "bad" or "horrible" Yeah, I heard he bases all of his decisions off of the poll of washingtonpost.com. these polls are just for fans to have something to talk about, they mean nothing. Remember, if you listen to the fans so you will be watching the games with them. Or something like that.
Reaganaut
If Williams does get the job, is everyone going to take back what they said about Snyder? Absolutely.
