DA SKINS!
this story just makes it harder for me, I just can't take to read any what if's, not at this point and not any time soon. After the win on Thursday, it just felt different, almost as if I didnt care. That's saying a lot... I used to hang on to every single play from the start.. That nervous feeling, can't eat during the game... None of that was there. Sadly to say the last image I have in my mind is watching Taylor from the back walking off the field to the locker room a few weeks ago.
cphil006
its just senseless. completely tragic. Makes me so so so sad. A lot of lives have been changed forever because someone was stupid and made the worst possible decision.
hogs87
No disrespect to the thread starter, but does it matter if the 17 year old convinced them or not. They had no right to break into this man's house. It goes against the law BREAKING AND ENTERING!
got2u
One of the saddest aspects for me in all of this is that Sean Taylor was not given his due as a man. But the media---from wilbon to cowherd to steven a smith and on and on portrayed him as a thug----as someone who's past had come back to claim his life. Think about it. The reality is that Sean was asleep in his home with his fiancee and baby girl. Someone kicked in his back door. He heard them. He got up and locked the bedroom door. And then he armed himself with all he had---a machet-----and then he stood BETWEEN his family and who ever was on the other side of that door----and he met them when they kicked in that door---and he died protecting his family. And the wilbons and cowherds of the world cannot shout THAT out----not after all they said about Sean Taylor-----so it is swept under the rug and not acknowledged. I hope if ever needed I show the courage Sean Taylor showed. LILSKINNETTE said it earlier . . . "he died a hero . . . off the field". RIP Sean. susan82
They should all be charged with murder and they should all spend the rest of their lives in jail w/o parole if they can't be executed. I don't care if one knew about it but didn't go and stayed back in Fort Myers he should also go for life. The youngest thug talking the older thugs into doesn't make any difference. I'd get my closer if they all fried for what they did, but life w/o parole is okay too. They should never get the chance to murder someone else as they try to defend their family. Sean is a hero because I truly believe those worthless wanna be's would have killed them all if he'd hid under the covers with his family.
