The Master SWC
i refuse to pay 5 dollars a month extra for games that SHOULD be watching at no extra charge... i will watch the game on my computer tonight because im not "local" enough to get WDCA MY20 channel... maybe i should just unplug my cable and dust off the ol' rabbit ears and watch it on GLORIOUS LOW-DEF... either way...comcast is a piece of ****... skinfan4ever
I got Comcast and only pay 1.99 a month for the sports package that includes the NFL network and NBA Tv. and other sport channels.. But maybe its because I'm in Delaware, you should call them and find out. Thats about the only thing comcast didn't charge me too much for. They are a bunch of @ssholes. You might want to check back with comcast, they dropped it down to $1.99 a few months ago because nobody was buying it half way thru the season. mcarey032
That is why I switched to Verizon when they came in. They are cheaper and they include the NFL network at no extra charge. Comcast are nothing more than extortion artists. They hit you up with rate hikes and hidden fees all the time. They are criminals IMO.

Hes right because I used to get it free with my premium cable package over a year ago. I would get verizon but they are not in my area yet. mjah
Comcast sent me a free Nintendo DS for absolutely no reason and no explanation. And we haven't had any trouble with them whatsoever. :whoknows But then again, I got an envelope in the mail from them two days ago, and it has some sort of information "About Your Rates" in it. Haven't opened it yet. So now I'm wondering if I'm about to pay for that DS one way or another...

You know what's ridiculous? I have an Uncle who lives in Joppatowne in Harford County and his cable give him DC stations and baltimore stations, but in columbia, which is a hell of a lot closer than Harford county, they get Baltimore only. Someone explain that to me.

The 12th Commandment
I haven't had comcast for six years and I love directv, they treat their customers like a company should.
.Guy.
I just called 1-800-COMCAST and they have a recording mentioning the Packers vs. Cowboys game on NFL Network. I pressed the number 2 to add a service and told the lady I was calling about the Packers vs Cowboys game on the NFL Network and the two months free promotion. She totally knew what I was talking about. She just asked for my number and did some typing and told me I would have it for 4 MONTHS for FREE which includes the NFL Network and other channels. You have to call at the end of the four months to cancel or else they will charge you an additional 5 dollars a month for the additional channels. The call lasted less than 2 minutes. Thanks OP.My Location- Miami, Fl. - Herby from this thread - should let you know what to do to get 2 months of the nfl network for free

chipwhich
Go to FIOS it is part of their HD package I have four tv's in my house. For the $1.99 I am paying comcast, shoot even the $4.99, its a heck of a lot cheaper than switching to Fios. Oh and for the direct tv crowd, I like it when it rains...
