JMUClark47
is the metro a possibility for the game on thursday? assuming the metro closes at midnight, there's probably a pretty good chance of not making it...I usually go from Vienna to Morgan Blvd and back....anyone know if I can still do this on thursday night? #98QBKiller
This was on Redskins.com:
Public Transportation ScheduleWant to avoid the hassle of driving? Then hop on the Metro. Just take the Orange Line to the Landover Metro station or the Blue Line to the Morgan Boulevard Metro Station. The Morgan Boulevard Station is located on Garrett Morgan Boulevard and is within 1-mile walking distance to FedExField. From the Landover Metro station, you can take a shuttle bus directly to FedExField on GameDays only. The buses travel to and from the stadium approximately every 15 minutes. During regular-season games, buses begin their service two hours before game time and the last bus after the game departs Lot B2 two hours following the game. For night games, the shuttle service runs from 5 p.m. until approximately 1 a.m. A roundtrip bus fare costs $5.00; however, this price is subject to change without notice.

SeattleSkinsFan
Metrorail staying open until 1 a.m. on Thursday, December 6, to accommodate crowds for the Washington Redskins football game wmata.com is your friend. When I lived in NoVa, I always took Metro to the games. Orange line from Vienna to Landover, exit Landover Metro and hop on the waiting shuttle bus, scoot on over to FedEx, walk about 3 or 4 minutes and you're in the stadium. Piece of cake. turbodiesel#44
You'll be walking just under a mile each way, not so bad. Check the Metro site, sometimes they run later for major events.

LadderCrew17
Only way to go I drive down from philly burbs take it from new carrollton to landover shuttle bus to stadium Chief, skip New Carrollton and drive to Landover. That's what I do. It's only a few minutes down the street. And they raised the shuttle bus fee to $6 at the begining of the season. They haven't updated the info on the website. Johnny White Guy
Make sure you check your automobile registration before you park in one of those metro lots! I was 2 days late putting my new sticker on the license plate and they nailed me during the Buffalo game within 20 minutes of it being parked there. Just watch out, I know it was a stupid mistake, but WATCH OUT.
