SteveFromYellowstone
Right now, I think the top 5 teams in the NFC are the Cowboys, the Giants, The Redskins, the Packers and the Buccaneers in no particular order. How do you rate them as of this point in the season?
Jofizz
Honestly, I couldn't put them in order. It's all up for grabs. All 5 of those teams could take the NFC. Easy.
RedskinsSuperBowl21
AFC > those teams.
909997
to be honest i think redskins are the most complete team in the nfc but not the best we have a defense and solid running game just need to get the oline healthy
S.T.21 will eat you alive
the fact of the matter is NFC is soo bad this year anyone can make it. Even the saints has a chance after being 1-4. I can't think of any team doing real well except the pukes. But they haven't played any team with a winning record till the Pats and we all know how that went. RedskinInExile
It's gonna be a rough Super Bowl. Any AFC team is probably going to be massively favored over any NFC team. Our only hope is a Gators/Ohio State type upset, where the AFC team comes in overconfident
Touchdown Redskins
Sadly, we should be the best of that group, but we're not. Everyone said our struggles would be because of JC, yet he's been the one constant this season. Our O-line injuries, questionable playcalling, and questionable hands have been the reasons we've lost. Hopefully we gel by the end of the season and go on a run.
mojobo
In terms of who has a shot at winning the Super Bowl, I'd eliminate the Giants right now because they have no pass defense, although that offense is really good. As for Green Bay, they have a good defense, but run game looks terrible. They have won 2 games off of taking fumbles in for tds so I wouldn't completely say they have the best shot. Dallas is good, but I'm too much of a Redskin fan to give them props. If the Redskins figure out how to play 2 halfs of football I'd give us the best shot:D . As far as my top 5 goes (no specific order) Redskins, Giants, Dallas, Packers, Eagles. I know they lost to the Giants, but wait until the Eagles get Dawkins and Westbrook going together and I think they are a top 5 nfc team. Those are the 4 teams that I do not 100% expect to win, and fear most in the nfc :2cents:
FanboyOf91
It's either Dallas or New York. Both have enough on both sides of the ball to get to the Super Bowl. Everyone else is lacking (including us)
Meskeet21
every year we have a great team and find a way to **** it up, im sick of it. watch down the stretch we go 6-10 this year.
RedskinzOwnU
I don't think the AFC is that much better than the NFC. I think the AFC has the best team - the patriots, but otherwise, it's nothing special. The cowboys are good, the colts are good, san diego is decent, we're decent, and honestly that's about it. Most of the other teams in both conferences suck. I've never seen as much mediocrity across the board as I am seeing this season. But, the pats are worlds ahead of every other team, thats why the AFC is better this year.

Bacon
every year we have a great team and find a way to **** it up, im sick of it. watch down the stretch we go 6-10 this year.   What do you do for an encore? We never had a great team until now during Gibbs' second tenure. We may have gone to the playoffs in 2005, but we had no offense. 2006 we flat-out sucked on both sides of the ball, and 2004 was like 2005 except worse. Chris0894
once our offense clicks...we are deadly, the inconsistency has to stop and it has to stop now
Lombardi's_kid_brother
As the Rockies have proven, Jesus is a front-runner. So either Detroit with Kitna or the Skins with Gibbs. Maybe we should Brunell back in.

CM916
First you need to tell me who the AFC Champion will be, then we can determine if the Super Bowl will be worth watching. Seeing that three of the best NFC teams are all in the NFC East, two of them likely get written off almost immediately by virtue of being wild card teams. DGreenistheBest
I'd say the Boys, us, the Giants and the Pack. None of the other teams stand a chance.
Oldfan
In the NFC, I grade Dallas a B and everyone else gets a C, with injuries, breaks, and favorable matchups deciding who makes the playoffs and who doesn't.

NewBlood81
Honestly if we didn't have injuries to our Oline I think we can be competitive with New England. Also I think the Colts are as good a team as New England why are they not talk about as much?
Chump Bailey
I actually think NY is the team to beat in the East. They're too good at rushing the QB I think and team's simply do not match up well with Strahan, Kiwi, Tucker, and Umenyiora. To me whomever can get to the opposing QB consistently on any given gameday has the best chance. I think it's that important. Dallas is dangerous also now having Ellis back. da#1skinsfan
The Skins man....the epitome of the any given sunday team. If we are clicking, we can beat anyone. Truthfully.
abu69
I think the NFC East is still up for grabs. I wouldn't count the Eagles out just yet. It's a LOOOOOONNGGGG season and they have a track record and a fine QB whose getting healthier every week...as much as it pains me to say it. Henry
I wouldn't throw the Eagles out of the mix yet. And I have a hunch the Packers won't make it. Right now it's the Cowboys, and then about 5 or 6 other teams in a tie for second, the Redskins being one of them.
