Zen-like Todd
According to JLC anyway: http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/profile.php?pyid=20453 http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/football/2006/draft/players/216.html BIO: Starter the past two seasons, leading the team in receiving as a senior with 51/545/5 and 40/587/5 the prior year.POSITIVES: Consistent pass catcher best in underneath coverage. Sells routes, adjusts to the errant throw and looks the ball into his hands. Extends to consistently make the reception away from his frame. Throws his body around the field to make the catch and keeps the play in bounds running after the reception. NEGATIVES: Not a big, strong or sturdy wideout. Lacks deep speed and a second gear. ANALYSIS: Showing progress the past two years, Bodiford has an outside shot to make it as a fifth receiver in the NFL should he excel on special teams. PROJECTION: Undrafted Free Agent http://www.detroitlions.com/document_display.cfm?document_id=448965 http://www.packerslocker.com/2007/08/23/the-green-bay-packers-lose-wr-shaun-bodiford/ The Green Bay Packers lose WR Shaun BodifordBlogged under General, Injury Reports, Front Page, Bloglockers by dawgpounded on Thursday 23 August 2007 at 9:43 am The Packers will be without WR Shaun Bodiford for 4-6 weeks with a MCL sprain. He could land on IR which would end his season if the Packers aren’t willing to wait for him. This is a shame for Bodiford as he was closing in on making the Packers opening day roster. He finished the pre-season with 2 grabs for 26 yards (13.0 avg).
terpfan
That link says he was hurt only a couple weeks ago. And he's another midget at 5-11 186. I hope we can do better than this...

terpfan
Apparently we dropped Eric Edwards for some TE named Cody Boyd as well. Where are they getting these people?

Tyler Ecker we hardly knew ye. On the plus side, it was Wilson and Mason who stood out in camp. Maybe we do better with longshots.

Tyron Biggums
Basically we need someone like Art Monk tall with great hands. Everyone brings up C. Moore from the Ravens cut.. At 6'6 he is tall.. if he just had some hands..???? Has anyone watched Moore play??
RumpledHillskin
Special teams guy -- return specialist and wedge buster. Check out the background story: Strength to survive: Bodiford's Grit Helped Him Turn Life Around Everybody who coaches him loves him, apparently. The Redskins must really love him. He strained his MCL on August 20 and was out 4-6 weeks. Link I guess the Packers were thinking about putting him on IR. He's not going to be ready to go for a few weeks yet. Peregrine
Its about time, Santana Moss was getting too old anyway. I say give him two weeks, then set Moss free.
redskins59
Why exactly do we need a big wide receiver? For all I know, Colts don't have big receivers either. As long as our WRs produce, height shouldn't matter.
