SWFLSkins
Joe Gibbs racing will be teaming up with Toyota starting next year, a presser is scheduled for Wednesday. And no MCD Joe Gibbs did not take time off from the Redskins to get this deal done, it was all JD Gibbs, Gibbs will however be at the presser. I saw that two days ago on ESPN. But shouldn't this be somewhere else? Not sure how its related to the Skins other that the fact that it is Gibbs's racing team
DrunkenMaster
This makes me sick to my stomach. Why Joe, Why?

Cskin
It's not that different than when Gibbs left Chevrolet, the car make he entered Nascar with, to switch to Pontiacs. He simply doesn't like being the second or third fiddle to Hendricks and Childress. He would have gone to Dodge had they not approached Everham and Penske as their pet teams when entering Nascar racing. He'll have Hamlin, Busch, and Stewart running up front with Toyotas and gobs of Toyota cash to spend on R & D. Come on, you don't think Toyota is happy writing checks to Waltrip Racing or Red Bull racing.... do you?
isle-hawg
I hate that Joe has decided to switch to Toyota:mad:. I wish Joe had the conviction to stay with Chevy. I assume this is why JR did not join up with Joe Gibbs racing.
