Guest sith lord
Rodney Harrison is a name so where's all the venom Bonds had to suffer through? The guys on NFL Live pretty much acted like "Oh well, he'll be back in 4 games, no big deal."

Guest sith lord
Harrison isn't breaking the most revered record in all of sports. I'm sorry, but that is nothing more than a copout. I mean seriously, they act like it's no big deal. If performance inhansing drugs are no big deal, then why even bother with congressional hearings? No one yet has accused him of cheating. jpillian
Harrison isn't breaking the most revered record in all of sports. Absolutely. A four game suspension is a big deal. A player loses a lot of money for a four game suspension. What would you expect them to do, sith lord?

No one has called him a cheater yet but his reason for using it is bulls**t. He is at the end of his career and is using it to compete with the younger players. He knew it was a banned substance but used it anyway. *cough, cough* Cheater.
Spaceman Spiff
Sith, you're smarter than this. Barry Bonds and Rodney Harrison are two vastly different people playing vastly different sports. Rodney Harrison isn't about to shatter the most cherished record in sports. Seriously, thats reality, not a fabrication. It might be unfair, but it's the way things work. What would you expect them to do, sith lord? I'm talking about the media. They're acting like it's no big deal. Considering steroids is constantly in the news, you'd think that the guys on NFL Live would have thrown a little more venom Harrisons way.

Seriously, thats reality, not a fabrication. It might be unfair, but it's the way things work. But you're missing the point. Whether you're breaking a record or not, steroids is a very big issue now. Pro wrestling is going to face congressional hearings later this month for heaven's sake and pro wrestling isn't even a real sport. Rodney Harrison is a named player on one of the marque franchises in the most popular sport. I just want to see some fairness in the way steroid scandals are covered.
