Do they give you your money back when they call a baseball game early?

They give you a ticket to see the completion of the game. Will Danny do that? It doesn't bother you that we pay FULL PRICE for a b.s. game and then they remind us of how unimportant this FULL PRICED game is by bagging it in the 3rd quarter. You be the lemming. I will stand up for myself.

You think this was Danny's call??? It is the league's call on stopping the game, as well as if/when a game would be completed/made up. Danny has absolutely no control over this.

And for the record, if you didn't realize that it was a meaningless preseason game when you decided to pay full price for the ticket, I can understand your shock when you were imformed about that fact. However, that doesn't really make your intelligence seem very high, now does it???

No one said it was Danny's call. It is his call to charge us full price for these games that mean nothing. We don't have to choice but to pay for them. We deserve a refund, plain and simple.

I am glad to see the expected defense here. You guys are too funny. As I said, it's bad enough we are forced to pay for less than 100% from the team and now we are forced to pay for less than 4 full quarters of football.

Once again, you don't get it. No one is forcing to do anything; this includes whining on a message board. If you think that Danny is the only owner charging full price for these games you are truly out of your mind.

I do get it for the love of god. I am quite sure you don't own tickets or you are the dumb one who will grin and take it. I'll type slow so you can keep up....

We already pay full price for the preseason games that mean nothing. I get that and I understand it comes with the territory. But last night, not only did we get a less-than-full-priced product, we didn't even get a whole game. Is it really that hard to understand kiddo?

I'll try and make this as easy as possible for you to understand, though it seems it would be hard for most adults to slow down to operate on your level.

1. Danny does not force you to buy tickets for games. You have a thing called free-will and with that you can CHOOSE whether or not you buy tickets. This goes for single game tickets, regular season, preseason, postseason, and season tickets.

2. It is not any one's fault but nature's that the game was called early. This means that no one is responsible for what happened. People with common sense realize this, and don't try to make people pay for things that are outside of their control. (Plus, it is not like you didn't get to see any of the game. 5/8 of it was played, and all of the starters that were playing in this game were already done for the night.)

3. I'm sure Danny himself was disappointed as the shorter preseason game means less actual game time for his coaches to evaluate their team and players.

4. IT IS PRESEASON. Had this been a regular season game, they would have waited and finished the game, or they would have postponed it. You still would not have gotten nor have been deserving of a refund.

It is like going to a concert. The band may not play as long as you would like them to play, nor do they have to play your favorite songs. However, you CHOSE to pay for a ticket and attend the concert, you get what you get. That is what we call ENTERTAINMENT.

If only you realized how many times you contradicted yourself in one post. It isn't like a concert. It is a game with rules. Those rules include the fact that a full game consists of four quarters and 60 minutes of football. We did not get that.

Again, you didn't pay for it like I did. That much is obvious.

This is why they need to put a roof on Fedex.

It hasn't rained on gameday since Dan Snyder purchased the team. Maybe a little mist, but nothing more than that. Because of this, you feel we need a dome.

If anything we should have an overhang for the fans, but the game should be played in the rain and mud and that is what it was meant for. Hey, if we still had Riggins, the game wouldn't have been delayed and mudd would have been throwed all over the field. This would've been RFK Home Field Advantage!

Another reason I would like to have overhangs is so the 92,000 screaming fans noise would be even louder for opposing offenses.

Why don't you just get over it. We can't get your money back. There is no point complaining to us that you didn't get your money's worth because we didn't sell you the tickets. Take your complaining to a higher level because we can't do anything about it and we don't care.

I must have missed where I asked you to get me my money back. I figured I would post something on Danny's little site and see what people thought. I should have figured you'd all be the good lemmings and make sure he gets to keep all the money. Of course the people who seem to think I should get over it aren't season ticket holders and it's obvious.
