Fergasun
Not great to hear from Campbell. I'd like to hear that he could play if needed. Hope he's ready for the regular season, but I'd like to see him get more reps... he needs to be clicking by Week 2.
Fred Jones
Interesting that we possibly stole Godfrey from the Eagles.
SkinsNoles21
man, those are some great quotes by Godfrey. Honestly, I can understand why we made this move. Lemar was solid, but he was not a leader. We have fletcher, and some guys on the dline that are vets, but Godfrey has been successful and will provide solid veteran leadership. With Mcintosh, Taylor, Landry, Rogers, Blades...you have some real young guys but they were highly drafted and touted, and you cant argue that the talent isnt there. Bringing in Fletcher and Godfrey, having Springs as well as Wynn and Daniels...those guys have been around and they will help lead our young group of talented defenders to play smart and to the best of their ability. To be honest, bringing in Landry, Smoot, Fletcher, Godfrey, Mcintosh (in the lineup) Blades...it just gives us a great mix of youth, talent and speed...to go along with solid veterans and older players with great experience. Real young: Landry, Taylor, McIntosh, Blades, Golston, Rogers Prime: Smoot, Washington, Carter, Griffin(just watch),Springs (iffffff he can stay on the field) Veterans: Fletcher, Godfrey, Wynn, Daniels, Prielou(sp) Its a good solid mix of the a lot of things i think make a defense. Last year this team lacked leadership at the MLB position and speed in the secondary and OLB positions. This year. IT DOESNT.

tr1
Godfrey played for Wade last year...one can only assume that he'll have great insight as to what's coming from the pukes. We've finally signed a guy from another team who might help us make adjustments...I'm glad it's not the other way around as has been the trend. McMetal
I wonder if trotter's release somehow precipitated this move. Maybe they thought Philly would step up with a better offer. Probably not, but interesting to speculate.

arkowi
I hate to look a gift horse in the mouth, but is there a reason these have to be PDF links? Why don't you guys ever copy and paste them in the post? Not trying to be an ass, just curious.
