Parcells on MNF Countdown

Just talking about the image of the league and how players mostly get in trouble in nightclubs.

He relayed a story of how he made Keith Davis pull down his pants and show rookies his bullet wounds to warn them that it could happen to them.

But besides that, just to hear what he thinks about players and teams is interesting considering what he's done in the league.

And how.

It's great to be able to hear his thoughts once again.

Meshawn is surprisingly knowledgeable
Just throw him a damn question!

Emmitt is not in the same broadcast league as Aikman or Parcells and needs work to catch up to Irvin, Moose and Meshawn. Heck there really are way too many Cowboy announcers.

I can't remember who two years ago on the radio who mentioned that Keyshawn is a person capable of engaging in an intelligent conversation, in direct contrast to all the assinine stuff he does in front of a camera.

I like Parcells on their too. The problem I have is why in the world does the Countdown have 3 out of 5 analyst that once played or coached in Dallas? Johnson, Smith, and Parcells are all former Cowgirls. It's like watching a team reunion every Monday. :helmet:

Bill Parcells is a good guy and he's smart.

I just hate his guts as a coach. I'm glad he's on the media side now...

I liked Keyshawn since the draft...especially since the draft discussion is usually done by a group of guy like Mel Kiper and Chris Berman who have never played a down of football at any higher level. Keyshawn along with Jaworski did a good job of pointing out skills and talents specific players had instead of the usual "I saw a film, these are his stats, therefore he is good" stuff you get from guys who never played.

Whats funny is I hated Keyshawn with a passion no matter who he played for and what he did.
