I seem to remember someone posting a message board a while back with meeting places for skins fans all over the country. It was not very detailed, but useful nonetheless. I would like to meetup with more fans on Long Island. I have about 5 seasonal friends, but just once I would like to walk into a sports bar during a Giants/Redskins game with about 15 guys all decked up in the B&G. I'm gonna be at Johnson and Wales University Charlotte NC so it's good that the site had a bar that is less than 10 mins away from the campus.
