gray
Are the tailgate passes worth the extra $$? I am bringing my wife and two daughters to the Ravens game this weekend and have never done the tailgate inside the stadium and was looking for some advice. I want to give them the best experience since this is their frist game. Thanks in advance.
InsaneBoost
If you're looking to tailgate with ES, buy a Green Parking pass.

DButz65
If you're looking to tailgate with ES, buy a Green Parking pass. He means the tailgate club passes/wristbands. In my HONEST opinion, its not worth the $ as far as the food goes, it sucks, to me anyway. But since he has kids, they may enjoy the playstations set up and stuff. InsaneBoost
Oh, that stuff, never done it, but it seems like a waste of money. ES atmosphere, nothing like it. Go chill with ES man!
Mark The Homer
I would say it's worth it as a one time deal -- especially if you have kids. Kids remember stuff like that. Another reason to go is that the passes are pretty cheap on eBay for preseason games -- and the food and activites are the same as the regular season. I certainly would not buy a season's worth of passes at redskins.com prices though.
gray
Trust me.... not worth it.... not as fun as hanging with all your fellow extremers out in the lots I agree with that but I was thinking about the kids (two girls 5 and 7). I came to the ES Tailgate last year against the Panthers and Huly and yourself were very gracious host and I made some great new friends. That was by far the best tailgate that I have been to. :applause: :applause:

I am scoping some out on Ebay. I have 4 extra tickets that I would love to trade for them and I posted a classified ad on here but have had no takers. Is that an unreasonable idea ???? Rocky21
I don't know if the search feature is working currently but this has been discussed many times on the site. I think it's a HUGE ripoff for what you get for the money. Cold nasty food, dirty tables, etc. for $75 a pop. No thanks.
gray
You never know, I bought the extra tickets in a rush on ebay and thought they had the tailgate passes with them. That is what I get for last minute bidding with a phone up to each ear at work !!!

Burgold
I went to my second Fed Ex experience this Saturday. The first was last year at Carolina. I can tell you that in my opinion the ES Tailgate is far superior, better food, better laughs... the only thing you miss out on are a few autographs from cheerleaders and ex-players (Pat Fischer was there on Saturday signing,) the tics came with the passes, but even so, the ES tailgate is much more of an event and party. I went in there during the second hour they opened (out of the three). The food was hot and very good. It wasn't four star restaurant, but considering it was buffet, I thought it was excellent. The tables were clean. For this pre season game vs the ravens, people are paying $25 or less for a tailgate pass.
Gary Clark Fan
a little off topic but at the game sat. i was tailgating with wife and friends and at 7PM (hour before kickoff) the parking lot security came around and said that tailgating has to end an hour before kickoff??? Does anyone else know about this rule and what type of bs is this all about?

Burgold
I never heard that. That sounds odd to me. Why should they care? I mean people were piling into their seats well after kickoff. I guess maybe it could be that they want to reroute most of the security into the stadium and might be more concerned about vandalism or drunken accidents... but, then again, it may have something to do with making sure you have enough to buy underpriced concessions. Yea i was thinkin it was one of Danny's brilliant marketing schemes to stick it to the fans.......Make them go in early so that u have to pay for stuff inside.....I will never give in to that rule but i might come to an ES party sometime and I will be sure to come bearing gifts. I want to give them the best experience since this is their frist game. Thanks in advance. It's not worth it. I have tailgate passes but I only use them to go watch the cheerleaders after the game. The food is mediocore at best. I say find an ES tailgate to go to or you can come by mine in the Orange lot.

I religiously break everything down 45 mins to kick off and leave with 20 mins to spare but if that's a new rule it's crazy
