mjdowns
This guy is a monster. He didn't even think twice about tackling that guy when his helmet came off. He chased his guy half way across the field, so you know he had time to think about it before he committed to tackling him. I love that attitude and intensity. He has my vote for making the team. :applause:

Brandon Lloyd Christmas
im glad he has intensity, but putting himself at risk like that and diving head first without a helmet isnt smart. if he had injured himself badly he'd have been hurting the team. id like to think our players are smarter than diving around with their helmets removed. Walking Deadman
PS at best......I doubt he makes the squad. Heck, Hickman may have made the D play of the game destroying Rattay before he can fall on the botched snap.

Thank you! Yes it was great hustle and determination, ON ONE PLAY, but guys dont get carried away. The guys has a lot more to prove than that to make this team. Yeah, that was a great play. Too many players would have pulled up and let Rattay fall on the ball or just tackle his legs. He made a quick football decision to shove him out of the way to keep the ball live.

Brandon Lloyd Christmas
Are you serious? If you are, WOW!!! because i think its stupid a guy could end his season by making 1 tackle with his face? sorry, i think our players should value their health a little more than one play. imagine if he had injured his neck and been out for the season which he easily could have done? im sure we'd all be excited about that!

How would he have hurt the team? He's trying to make the team, and that's just a message to the coaches about how much he wants the job.

But this guy is trying to make a name for himself. He has to risk it all. He's trying to get noticed, and i'm sure he did. You know you loved it. BigRay
That is what we need some craze !! I sure hope he does make the team . He really showed the coaches that he really wants to be a Redskin. Just hope his injury is not that serious.
paloosa
So the guy didn't think about his health and he went after the guy and tackled the guy. He didn't get badly hurt or had a career ending injury. So you would rather have the guy stop, look for his helmet, put it on, and then pursue the guy with the football? That takes time to do and by that time he is maybe 15, 20 or more down the field all because he doesn't want to go after the guy without his helmet. So if he doesn't make that play and the guy scores would you be saying he should have went after him without his helmet? I would bet that the majority of you would have said that. The guy made a football play without any concern for his health because he is trying to make the team and impress the coaches with his play. Was it a stupid move and a big risk? Yes but you have to like his never quit attitude. I would love to have a lot of guys like him on the team because it gets contagious. If he doesn't make the team I will be surprised. He may be on the practice squad.
illone
Some people just love to complain so much, they find insane ways to do so even if there is nothing to worry about. If we had people who were worried about injury, they probably wouldn't play football

RenegadeTK
yeah... that play was pure hustle and intensity. he won over the fans, the coaches and the players. even the titans fans at the game were talking about how hard he hustled. he basically found a way to be exempt from being cut.... for now at least

Brandon Lloyd Christmas
if he makes the team itll be because he has played well, not because he dove head first into a guy with no helmet.
Blackest Eyes
if he makes the team itll be because he has played well, not because he dove head first into a guy with no helmet. exactly. However, the bump he took showed his devotion I suppose. It was evident the guy was giving his all soooo I am sure that helps.

cphil006
He played hard. Showed something. Unfortunately we have 4 DTs that will make the team already. Maybe he can be utility man or play DE>?? Practice squad>?
