Portis4Lfe
After attending a few training camp sessions recently I have to say Dan Snyder needs to put bleachers for us fans rather than have us standing around or bringing our own chairs. Seriously look around the league, majority of teams have bleachers. I guess this is where Snyder saves money to give overpriced players , come on snyder WE DEMAND BLEACHERS..dude even highschools have em!
Spaceman Spiff
They used to have them, back in the day. I remember going to training camp when we had Deion Sanders and sitting in the bleachers with my dad. It was like a HS football type bleacher. BAFGA
Considering that they only have open practices about 8 or 10 days a year maybe he didn't see the need to spend money on them.
C26 Run
I went to the TC where they charged the fans. I think it was after we signed Deion, Bruce and those guys. We had bleachers then, I thought they were there. Guess not. They should have them but they do get hot in the summer. :helmet: I know you're new here & all, but PLEASE quit spamming that oversized pic in each & every post you make. If you want a sig, review the Forum Rules about the size limitations on sigs (as this pic is WAY over them) & simply add a sig via your User Control Panel. Thanks. ~TK
dent19
At least for the Family and friends section.... I also go to Giants camp and they have better seating for family and friends.... Also Ive had very lengthy talks with Tom Coughlin. He actually walked up to me a few times where Joe Gibbs walked right by me with 2-3 cops as security. I know they are some busy guys but Gibbs just didnt seem like he wanted to be bothered...... No im not a Giants fan....
Kosher Ham
I liked the bleachers as well. Last year there was an older gentlemen standing on the picnic table in front of me when I went, which was quite annoying. And kids running back and forth onto the picnic table which was distracting. Bleachers make the most sense.

Chief skin
Bring camp back to Carlisle, ever since we started jumping around Frostburg, Redskin park it has been a disaster. Bring us back to our roots, the place where all the winning was born and blossomed. PS Carlisle has bleachers
Burgold
From my experience, bleachers would be nice, but water fountains and tarps or some kind of overhang would be even nicer. It's just a wide expance of open land and with the sun blazing like it did when I went there for the piece, it was viscious. Some place where the fans can escape the heat a little or splash some water on their face and back would really be a good idea. I wonder how many heat incidents they've had this year? As for bleachers, except for the fact that I'm short, I'm against them. Part of the fan training camp is getting ready to cheer your team and when your at the game that means being able to stand and cheer and dance for three hours straight. People who want to sit and drink Shirley Temples should go and watch golf. Come to think of it, even in golf you are expected to be able to stand. PS Carlisle has bleachers Bleachers would be nice at Redskins Park, but I will have to agree with Chief skin here that TC belongs at Carlisle. I think the real reason that TC is at Redskins Park is that it is more cost effective for them to stay there. None of that expense of moving everything back and forth from Carlisle = more money in Snyder’s pocket. Same thing with not having bleachers at Redskins Park. = more money in Snyder’s pocket. This is a training camp, not a game.
Burgold
Yeah, it's a fake rant... but, it's fun to say nontheless. I do feel that some fans have gotten a bit lazy and spoiled, based on my sample size of one game experience last year when a fellow fan was asking me why I was standing when the Redskins were on defense in the closing minutes and had less than a touchdown lead. I believe if you leave a game with the ability to talk and sound like yourself you just haven't gotten your money's worth
Portis4Lfe
everyone has a right to stand, yell, curse, do jumping jacks if u want..but Im just saying its time for bleachers at TC. Whether someone has problem with u standing up in front of them thats between u in that person. Has little to do with gettin some bleachers in there

I think it would be good for the team to get out of DC and bond with each other without all the distractions of the big city. While I enjoy the fan appreciation days, TC definitely belongs in Carlisle.
