Campo can smile all he wants to about the Cowboys/Redskins games, but HE is the one headed out the door because he couldn't beat anyone else.

The Cowboys are on course for their third straight 5-11 season.

Campo was laughing when he said that. Asked about it after practice, he smiled and said he used the same line in a conference call with Washington media. The Cowboys have beaten the Redskins 10 straight times, dating to 1997.

"With all that's going on around us, I'd say our guys will be ready to play,'' Campo said
