Red and Blue Parking Passes available from the Ticket Office

I just got off the phone with the ticket office. If you have 3 or more season tickets in your name, you can buy a Red or Blue lot parking pass. They said they did not get enough response from the people on the parking lot wait list and were now selling them to people with 3+ season tickets. BTW, in my excitement, I forgot to ask the price.

1-301-276-6050 is the ticket office number.

When i had to call people to sell them parking off the waitlist, most people turned it down because they didnt want Red or Blue, only Green. Even after telling them that they had to get Red or Blue first, they still didnt buy it....i wonder if the same thing is going on again this year.

The Rumor is true.....I was just told that you may buy one red pass for every 3 season tickets you own for 350 each.

I had a red pass last year it was fine, the lots are fun and easy to get in and out of. See you there.

I got called and got stopped. They guy said that you have to have 3 or more. I asked if they'd ever sell it to people with only 2 tickets, like if they still haven't sold out the red and blue lots and he said no :redpunch: . He then offered cash lot parking pass.

You should call back and ask how this happened this year:

Guys I was offered Red or Blue parking, $350 for the year. Is it worth it?? I only plan on going to a couple games and cash is about $35 a game.
DAMN! with 2 tickets you were offered red or blue passes your first year of getting tickets??? WTF?? (This rant is not at you, but the ticket office ;) )

They said they had the Blue and Red passes available, but you had to have 3 or more seat. It is something new within last few years I think.

I assume joe has 3 or more seats and HOF44 got his back before that rule was put into place.

I'm on the waiting list, have 4 season tix, but didnt get a call from the Skins?? But I called and got the red pass, its closer than the pay lot I usually use, and if it helps me get closer to to better lots, I'm all for it.

Now, whats the word on Landry??? ;)

Good move. You won't regret it.

And they won't give any of these passes to anyone with less than three tickets. I have been constantly trying for a few years now. I have had my tickets for four years now and I was not offered parking passes then. They changed the policy three years ago for parking passes only for 3+ tickets three seasons ago. I have two tickets and my brother has two tickets (four total), but since we have different accounts, we are not eligile for a pass. It is annoying.

Plus the fact that I will actually use the passes, rather than selling them for 2x the price on Craigslist.

Call anyway. You might get lucky.

>> If you REALLY want one, see if you can snag an obstructed view single or any type of single to get to 3 tickets (and then dump the single next year.)

BTW, I got a Blue pass. I had a Blue pass for the Iggles game last year and we got out so MUCH easier than the Green lot ever did on Arena Drive.

Don't get me started about the people running that ticket/parking operation. My account has a lot of tickets and because we didn't renew the 10 year club seat license the few parking passes vanished. Now we have 0 passes for a lot of tickets.

For ever club seat you purchase, they give you an orange pass though. What a joke.

How many club seats did you have?

You must have a big family to buy 20 GA seats.

It was a few seats. I am afraid to say how many because their might be a Big Brother effect. There are going to be a lot of empty club seats this year. The price increase over the original license price is >200%.

Yep, I know of a wealthy man who had six seats in 301 for ten years, but bailed this winter after the price hike.

These were his company tix and he is a senior VP of a national restaurant chain, so it's not like he had to pay directly out of his pocket for the seats. However, even a man who's worth north of eight figures has his limits.
