Mickalino Posted December 23, 2002 Share Posted December 23, 2002 Storm to hold open tryouts January 4 By: Stephen Evans December 18, 2002 TAMPA, FL - The Tampa Bay Storm will hold open player tryouts on Saturday, January 4, head coach Tim Marcum announced. The workout will be from 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 pm at Skyway Park in Tampa. Registration begins at 10:00 a.m. The workout is open to all positions and will include agility, speed, and position-specific drills. Participants should bring a t-shirt, shorts, and grass cleats. The cost of the tryouts will be $50 for those participants who choose to pre-register. The cost to register on the day of the event will be $60. Payment can be made via cash or money order. Checks will not be accepted. Skyway Park is located at 4840 Independence Parkway near George Road in Tampa. If you are coming from I-275, exit at the Veterans Expressway exit and then take the Memorial exit off of Veterans. To pre-register for the workout, fill out the form below or fax the attached form.
