Mr. S
I am wondering why Kerry Carter was brought back. I guess the injury was what made us remove him, but I was not a fan. Plus, if anoyone other than Rock is our 3rd RB, that would be very shocking.

SkinnedAussie
Here, Here. I'd like for them to bring back Robert Johnson and teach him to blcok better. I feel that was the only thing that got him cut. I loved his size and his rapport with JC in the preseason. You might find that Robert Johnson is now on the New Orleans roster. I'm assuming he's PS, but the rosters at nfl.com don't show the players on IR or the PS.

He is on the PS, although the one on their website doesn't have him listed. At the end of the year they will have the option of offering him a future contract similar to the one we have extended to several players. If he declines or they do not offer, I hope we offer him a contract and bring him in at a minimum contract. He has a good chemistry with Campbell and his size is impressive. At best he would be a #3TE, but could still contribute. I wouldn't mind having us go with Yoder and Johnson behind Cooley after we axe Fauria. HapHaszard
Despite my attempt of some light humor, I agree with you. I never heard of any of these guys before and suspect most on this board are in the same category. I don't know that at this point we have anything to get excited about but we can always hope. Most of us fans didn't think the FA signing of A. Pierce was anything to get excited about either but he proved himself to be one of the league's best. We can always hope one of these guys will be our next diamond in the rough. I didn't know much about an undrafted free agent we picked up called Antonio Pierce either. There is always hope.
