Taurus82
I rushed myself to 711 every morning to get one of those medallions so I would have the whole set. I asmost have 2 sets. Just curious if there of any value?
Cooley4President
They were going for over $100 on eBay before the season and early in the season, but I doubt they have much value myself. I did the same thing, was ecstatic when I managed to get the whole set (with the help of people from these boards), and now all I have for it is Adam Archuleta and Gregg Williams faces staring at me every day at work. SlinginSammy HOF '63
Sadly, most of those guys on those "Redskins for life" medallions won't be Redskins in 2-3 years. With a high turnover rate in the NFL I just couldn't bring myself to buying any of them.
Mark The Homer
The whole medallion thing to me just seems like too much of a gimmick. A jersey or a football or a pair of player gloves is something that's REAL. That's cool. A medallion is just some object dreamed up and advertised by a marketing exec. Seems dumb to me. mcarey032
I wish these coins could be used at the redskins stores or for future jersey purchases. At least I would be getting my money's worth.

Each medallion is $2.99 and the album is free. PM me if anyone needs to complete their collection or needs a full set

Mr. S
yeh, I figured i'd see some responses like "I rushed and bought all of them, and now I really don't care much about it". I think it could be worth something later on, but if I had 40$ to spend on Redskins paraphanillia (sp?), I'd rather buy a some decals and car magnets, or some autographed piece of memorabillia. turtle
I bought a set from Dblaze1119 and everything went great. I love the community atmosphere (sp) that we have here. Thanks again Dblaze.
mcarey032
I bought them and fell for the idea thinking that we might have had a team that would be competitive enough to have these medallions as a keepsake. After how terribly they did, I was tempted to leave all those coins at redskins park and ask for a refund! Don't get me wrong there are players on the team that I truly admire, but then after the money that they spent on players...I guess money can't buy you love or a super bowl.
