Arrogant Eagle posters will pay the piper...either this week or next.

It'll be fun.

Yeah sooo much fun for us because we made the playoffs.

You throw stones at them and we didn't even make the playoffs that's what i would call arrogant:applause: priceless.

I can see it now that there are several pro-tr1 and anti-tr1 people in this forum. While most of us get along, it is very obvious that some of us don't. It's a shame, because I really like most people here. Redskins, Cowboys, doesn't matter.....

didn't sports illustrated predict the entire nfc east to all go 9-7 because it would be competitive and the best division in the conference?

I don't think they were that far off

Yeah except for the top team    ... Though I think the division played out differently than expected. I THINK the rational was that we'd all beat the **** out of each other which would bring about the 9-7 records. But that wasn't the case, the Eagles really should've be like 13-3 or close.

Either way, this year, even if they took the BOTTOM 8 teams in the AFC into a playoff format, the victor would still beat the NFC's best!!

Tennessee, Jacksonville, Denver Pittsburgh and Cincinatti would all be favorites, or at least very close, if they played in the NFC.

Chargers will fall back to 8-8. People will know how to stop Phillip Rivers in his second year of starting and he will fall back a little. Cam Cameron is in Miami. More temptation for Marty to revert back to Martyball. Also, the fact this is Marty's final year--- if there's a bad stretch; Marty will lose the team. The players will know someone else will be coaching in 2008; so what's the point.

No way. Chargers will continue to dominate, and finish 12-4 to 14-2.

ESPN radio has been mentioning the initial odds being given for SB 42.

Curiously (to me), The Peyton Mannings aren't the top odds favorite.

(Going from memory)

Chargers 6-1

Colts 7-1

Pats (and somebody else, can't remember. Saints?) 9-1

Bears 10-1

Raiders 173-1

(They didn't mention anybody else, like a team most of us are interested in.)

Well I will be in Vegas in March so I am gonna bet on the skins to win the NFC and the Super Bowl. Odds to win the NFC are 17-1 according to:

http://www.free-picks.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?p=6052#post6052

So I will have to bet over $200 on the skins to win enough money to pay for my tix to the SB and as I said I will bet on them to win the SB too so any money I spend out there I will bet back. I figure it is better then insurance. i spend a ton of money on car and health insurance that I never use so I will put the money up front so if the Skins win I can afford to go to the big game!
