kwitt
Why is there so many on here who are not excited about Campbell? What exactly were you expecting from essentially a rookie QB? I am pleasantly surprised from what he has showed. I love the kid so far.

Cooley4President
from what i see, this guy has all the tools and wants to learn and will become this franchise qb for the next 15 yrs I'll definitely agree. I don't know what more people want to have seen from Campbell this year in his first 7 games of his pro career. He has all the tools and can make all the throws. He doesn't always make the right reads, but he's young and this is his 6th offense in 6 years. You can learn to make the right reads, you can't learn armstrength, accuracy, and poise. SnyderMustGo
I don't think I had any problem reading what you said. But apparently, I don't have any reading comprehension skills, huh?Is that not what you said? Alrighty then. You see, there are a lot of words after that. Those words are where I explained my position. Novel, eh? That someone would explain their comment? A person with reading comprehension who wanted to understand my post would have read the whole thing and figured out what I was saying which was essentially this: I would take him if Campbell doesn't improve; if Campbell does, I wouldn't. If you would been bothered to turn on your brain and read it before popping off, then you might not have looked like a third-grader. Lacking reading comprehension means you took one sentence entirely out of context and responded to it. Is that not what you did?

Is that not what you did? If Campbell develops you don't want Russell but if he doesn't you do? Okay... If my current girlfriend doesn't work out, I want Adriana Lima. But if she does, I don't. Chris Worthy
Campbell is our starter. Lets get some D in the draft.
tonyriggins
I agree lets get some D! And who is more stupid the Redskins or Detroit at WRs, why would be pick another reciever? It doesnt matter if we need one of not, this club has no business trying to get another wr. I like your name snydermustgo. I cant think of anything better for this team than Danny to be gone. bcl05
Watching the LSU-ND game, and both Russell and Quinn sure look like pros to me. This is great for us, as it will increase the value of the picks around ours, assuming JR comes out. He looks terrific in the first half, hope the rest of the NFL is watching... Not that our silly FO would consider trading down and stockpiling picks, but its sure nice to dream...
kevin11
Jamarcus Russell is one big boy. Jamarcus RUssell reminds me of David Garrard of the jags. Mobile, big, good arm.

Nuff said.I dont know what the **** more does campbell have to do to prove is going to be atleast a good qb. I think he is going to be great. I know football and I have played it and watched it all my life. JC is going to be special. watch.
mikeyf316
If he can catch, JaMarcus Russell will make a great TE in the NFL. Doubtful that he'll get an honest shot at QB, though. He's just not the NFL QB type.

Is that not what you did? Must be a burden. You know being a super-genius amongst all of us delusional idiots. I think very few have already pronounced this kid a bonifide franchise QB or even close to it. Many of us though have seen glimpses of something closer to that than we've seen in a while though. Delusional may better describe someone who has missed those glimpses.
PF Chang
If anyone's watching that LSU game, you just saw an unbelievable TD throw from Russell. Our pick value is rising.
ZoEd
Russell just put on a clinic. It's been a long time since I've seen a college QB play so well. He's a stud and will be another player that's hard to pass up if he's on the board when we go.
Skins247
Russell over CAMPBELL? you fans are either semi high or drunk...comments are unbelieveable at times... Yeah, im thinking that sometimes myself. My favorite drunkard of the week was the guy that started the thread about Calvin Johnson being over-hyped. That had to be the dumbest thing I've read in a long time.
redwoody86
Doubtful that he'll get an honest shot at QB, though. He's just not the NFL QB type. Russell looked really, really good tonight. That man can sure move for the weight he is carrying around with him. And that arm, 60 yards from the knees and 40 from seated? I think he will definately get a chance to be some lucky team's QB. Luckily, we already have ours. But if we didn't, I would hope our scouting department would take a long, hard look at him. Since this is the first time I've ever really seen him play, other than highlights, what are his negatives supposed to be?
