KDawg
I love how Redskin fans dog Snyder. Listen, he may not be the most likable guy on the planet, but he's willing to spend to win. He wants to win. We're not doing it. But I LOVE having an owner that wants to win football games.

It is nice that he wants to win, but I'm more concerned about actually winning than the owner wanting to win. The bottom line is that the way he goes about building a winning franchise dooms us to perennial defeat. If he hadn't been such a mindless big spender, we would have more draft picks and less free agents on this team, and we would probably be a lot better. That's all there is to it. I don't disagree with you, ROU. Really, I don't. But people make Snyder out to be the devil, and despite the fact we aren't winning he wants to do exactly that. Hard to fault the guy for wanting to win so bad that he spends millions and millions every year. But you're right, we need to pick who we spend the money on more carefully. Which is where a competent GM comes into play, because a competent GM Vinny is not.

SHYSTER411
He doesn't own them. Jeffrey Loria is the owner, and he is a douche.
Tom Sullivan
He used to own the Marlins but sold them to current Red Sox owner John Henry (for those who don't know back in 2002 John Henry bought the Red Sox and sold the Marlins to then Expos owner Jeff Loria, with MLB taking over the Expos who were thought likely to be contracted, but later moved to Washington). When Huizenga owned the Marlins they won the world series in 1997 but then he decided that he couldn't afford to play competitive baseball anymore so he had a fire sale and got rid of virtually all of the Marlins good players. Thinking Skins
I love how Redskin fans dog Snyder. Listen, he may not be the most likable guy on the planet, but he's willing to spend to win. He wants to win. We're not doing it. But I LOVE having an owner that wants to win football games. I wish he didn't want to spend to win. Or at least if he would at least be willing to spend on the right players, AKA the players who have already played well here and who deserve a good contract offer from us. And if he really cared about the team, he would hire a GM and stop trying to be the Jerry Jones of Washington DC!
