If Snyder wants to continue to throw his money around he might as well throw $10 million at Scott Pioli in here. I know it's a pipe dream, but until this organization gets a true personnel guru we are going to continue to suck IMO. you are right. the worst decisions we have made deal with personell.... letting Pierce, Smoot, Clark go were all mistakes... letting Denver get Bailey AND A SECOND ROUNDER is ludicrous. just plain stupid. I think after Mora, they'll want a proven guy to bring in, plus there owner has the money to spend on a guy like Cowher. I know a lot of Atlanta's problems are injuries, but let's face it, which team hasn't had injuries this year? I think Mora has one more year to win in Atlanta. They went to the NFC Championship and then have taken a step back. It all could change if they collapse again at the end of the season this year, like last year. He'll have his pick of jobs - why would he want one where he has to butt heads with management constantly and one where the life span of a coach is about 3 years? Om you are right. I think Russ Grimm would be excellent choice. He understands the Division rivalries. He would install a hell of a running game. He would also get our oline fired up. He's young and like you said he is a hog!. He knows the area, the city and he understands the passion of redskins football and the fans. I would live it. Marty came in with Jeff George as QB, and Snyder as the owner. Plus, if they wanted to bench Vick for Schaub, it's easier to do it with a coach like Cowher, who has a ring and is a proven winner than Mora. It would only have to be for money. Also, last time I checked Gibbs has repeatedly said he was going to honor his contract. I don't see him leaving yet. If we change coaches.....again......or change systems .... again we will then be the new Arizona Cardinals of the NFL. We have 3 head coaches on this team, one will replace Gibbs (If and when he retires) and the other will stay so we can limit the change to players.....again. That being said, Dan Snyder would jump at the chance......again to change. Man, the more I think about who owns this team, the more I believe it to be possible.
