kleese
Last Week: 10-6 Overall: 97-63 Record Picking Redskins Games: 6-4 Link to last week's thread: http://extremeskins.com/forums/showthread.php?t=180902 Last Week's Pats: Got the Dallas game right. I hate to say it, but I think Dallas is going to win the NFC. Romo sits to pee is very good, the running game is steady enough, and the Cowboys can get after the quarterback. They look energized and talented. Also, the Bengals finally came through for me in New Orleans. Last Week's Apologies: Chargers surprised me with that second half outburst in Denver. If they can do it there, they can do it anywhere. Also, I apologize to myself for changing my pick at the last minute to Redskins over Bucs. Total idiot  This Week's Picks: Miami at Detroit: Your typical Detroit, Thanksgiving Day clunker. Miami is playing much better, but I've got a funny feeling the Lions pull this one out. Lions 19, Dolphins 16 Tampa Bay at Dallas: SLIGHT chance Dallas has a hard time getting up for this one after their emotional win last Sunday. Even if that was the case, I'd still pick them to win by 7. More likely, I see a holiday blowout. Cowboys 27, Bucs 10 Denver at Kansas City: Maybe this game will save the day after two dreadful match-ups. The Chiefs are looking more vulnerable, and Denver is pretty desperate for a win after another home loss. Broncos 20, Chiefs 15 Arizona at Minnesota: Vikings aren't very good. The Cardinals are worse. Denny Green returns to Minnesota, but I'm not sure anyone really cares. Vikings 21, Cardinals 17 Carolina at Washington: The Panthers are good for a real dud every few weeks, so this one could get interesting. But the Redskins defense is possibly the worst in the NFL right now and the Panthers will eventually exploit it. Panthers 27, Redskins 17 Cincinnati at Cleveland: The Browns are getting better each week, but still having a hard time finding ways to win. This is a must-win for the Bengals. A shaky vote for Cincy. Bengals 22, Browns 21 Houston at New York Jets: This is another one I could see falling on the upset column, but the Jets have earned enough respect from this year to pick them over a lousy team at home. Jets 18, Texans 13 Jacksonville at Buffalo: Can the Jags finally shake their Jekyll and Hyde ways? This has become an impossible team to predict. Jaguars 20, Bills 16 New Orleans at Atlanta: I see the loser of this game eventually being on the outside of the playoff picture. Both teams struggling a bit, but the Falcons owe the Saints for the hammer they dropped on them back in week 3. I say Vick finds a way this week. Falcons 26, Saints 24 Pittsburgh at Baltimore: If I keep picking the Ravens to lose, eventually I'll get one right. Steelers 17, Ravens 14 San Francisco at St. Louis: The 49ers are the sneakiest 5-5 team in NFL history. They've been awful on the road, and great at home, including a week two win over St. Louis. I see the Rams getting them back this week. Rams 30, 49ers 20 Oakland at San Diego: Has LT scored a TD yet? Good grief, the guy is ridiculous. And yeah, I traded him off my fantasy team early this year  Chargers 24, Raiders 13 Chicago at New England: Game of the week, but for some reason I'm very confident the Pats pull this one out. Still not sold on Grossman. Patriots 20, Bears 17 New York Giants at Tennessee: The Titans are scrappy, but the Giants are in a world of hurt if they drop this one. I see New York struggling early, but pulling away in the second half. Giants 27, Titans 16 Philadelphia at Indianapolis: Not only do the Eagles lose McNabb, but they catch the Colts coming off their first loss of the season....on the road....on national TV. Not a good mix. Colts 29, Eagles 14 Green Bay at Seattle: The Packers erased all of the good vibes they'd built up with that disgusting showing against New England last week. I think the slide continues. Seahawks 27, Packers
Inigo Montoya
thank you GOD!!!! someone else traded LT!!!! I traded him right before he reeld off all these sick a** games, got Willie Parker and F. Taylor out of it... but I have been made fun of weekly b/c of it. Oh and good picks, but I see both of your potential upsets as wins Texans/Redskins... but I'm too much of a homer to ever pick against them! Jets 18, Texans 13 6 FG's from the Jets Kicker? Hmmmm....let me go check the waiver wire in my fantasy league and see if he is available. I sure hope you are wrong on the Bears, Niners, Ravens and Dolphins. I picked them all to win in the office pool.
