NAILBOMB9
I wonder how happy Monk would be?? I'm sure he would be happy, but for the fact he's gotton screwed for soooo many years by not being inducted has had to take an emotional toll. Monk=HOF=No Brainer!! BleedBNG
Art MonkJoe Jacoby Russ Grimm Chris Hanburger Until those four guys are in, the Hall of Fame is a sham. I agree with you on Chris. For a LB who is only one ProBowl short of LT... this is a no brainer. Also, simply one of the best tacklers I've ever seen in the NFL.
Sarge
And guys. Don't be writing Peter Queen and telling him he's a fat assed slob for not putting Monk in, or Dr Z and telling him what a douche he is for his obvious bias That doesn't help the cause What we need is a form letter with all of Monks stats and other info and just chain mail away

Don't piss Petey off. If anything, a bunch of "please" mail and "take pity on our 3-6 record" would probably work out better. If that doesn't work, simply point out that the Skins haven't been to the Super Bowl since Art was on the team.

NOVA2Tampa
So, can Peter King really keep Art Monk out of the HOF all by himself?
herrmag
I agree with a few others in this thread. I just feel like this is the year. This is the first time I've ever felt this way. Maybe it's because of Peter King's statements earlier in the year.
DWinzit
I have a feeling Matthews and Tags will make it easily. Art's fate rests in the hands of Peter King. I feel Matthews, Tags, Thurman Thomas and Monk are the automatics this year. All of the publicity and controversy surrounding Art not yet getting in will finally push him over the top. Zen-like Todd
Matthews is a total lock. I bet Dent gets some nostalgic love, and I think Lester Hayes gets a long look. I dunno about Tags man... I get it, but come on. Zimmerman isn't going to change his mind about Art, and neither will fatty, so it'll be a tough road for Art.
