I haven't bought Nike shoes in so long. They never fit my feet right and their quality went to crap a while back. I've been a New Balance buyer for about 10 years now. All I see are these hard flat billed hats that look like something a rapper might wear. Where are the basic redskin logo caps? grrrrr:mad: Why didn't NIKE get the hat contract? Who is going to wear this?? I also hate that hat, but for different reasons. I don't want Washington covering up the logo. Also, I hope the uniforms change as little as possible tomorrow, but I gotta admit, I've never liked the thick, angular "Redskins" font that is used on so much of our gear. It looks okay in an end zone, but that's about it. I can't stand the laziness in the journalism of this town. It's not that hard to read a paragraph or two to find out what something is, lol. But I for one, am stoked about today. The helmets with the arrow the team wore during the Spurrier era looked so much like Seminole helmets, I thought Steve would throw a visor just for that. Shirt in post #4523...I bought a replica w/o Nike logo at Walmart, but the material does 'pull'...I make sure I take my rings off. Hat in post #4527...love it!! That's a good lookin' hat, provided the color comes out right. Burgundy is hard to get just right, (ex was a pressman and color is essential).
