Nothing we haven't said here, but Knott obviously takes extra special pleasure in twisting that knife in real good. I'm not saying we need to fall all overselves about how great this Redskin juggernaught is. But I heard Jim Rome with some humorous comments about how the Skins ruined the perfect 0-16 season by refusing to lay down and play dead. It was funny, and even gave some faint praise to the Skins for showing some heart. So its possible to poke some fun at the situation without the sneering, smirking, superiour attitude Knott cops. Seeing as he writes for the hometown newspaper, who exactly does he think wants to read his column? What an asset he is for that paper! What a star!
