Fergasun Posted August 30, 2006 Share Posted August 30, 2006 Bubba, Hall CAN kick off, but they aren't very effective. His kickoff length has declined every year since he's been with the team. We'll see if he does any better this season, but kickoffs are more critical than we realize... as it sets up the whole field position team. Redskin kickers were #26 last year when it came to kickoffs (data from Pro Football Prospectus 2006). Now, maybe overall the coverage last year helped mask that deficiency, but I really hope we are better than #26 when it comes to kickoff length. This season.
