HeHateMe
bubba, please be gentle with HHM...he's starting to think that people around here don't like his homeristic comments.... Actually, people enjoy them. My homerisic comments are garnering the opinion that I may rival Bubba's undying blind faith for my team.
turbodiesel#44
Sounds like nothing more than being a personable player doing stuff for the fans to me I heard RW threatened to grab the kid by the collar and throw him to the ground if he didn't give up the poster. He then threw down his gloves to intimidate the child.
MattGeorge85
It's probable that this will be one of the few times that Mr. Williams will see his face on a poster in a positive way.
poidog22
Ohhhhhhh! I thought that this was a poster of himself. That would be really weird. Pretty classy of Williams, though. Maybe he's not such a bad guy off the field. Yeah, that the guy actually made the poster makes a lot more sense to me. Good stuff...maybe Williams isn't such a tool afterall. altair4
I took some pictures of a Rock Icon at one stop on his tour, and then took prints to the next evenings show for him to autograph. He asked if he could keep one particular shot, so I obliged. I didn't think it was weird. It was actually pretty cool that he liked the pic so much he wanted a copy..... RedskinDan0557
The poster showed him tackling Santana. Everyone can have a dream.

Spizzunk
I find it hilarious that even after it has been shown that what Roy did was actually a really cool gesture to the fan, geniuses like bubba and tr1 still have to try to run with an uneducated, misguided angle. You stay classy San Diego.
panel
The weird part isn't a player making a trade with a fan, and the fan didn't get cheated by his idol either, the weird part is, why would roy williams want a life sized poster of himself? You see a fan, who obviously thinks your great, if he made a poster for you. I guess the "trade" gave Roy a reason to single this particular fan out. I know appreciating your fans is a bizarre concept with today's athlete, but Roy is a really good guy.
