They represent only 90% of the military. Of course, to the anti-war crowd that 10%=majority....

Popeman38
For those of us at work, can we get a little explanation of what's going on in the video? A completely unfiltered, unedited look at what soldiers/marines/airmen go through on a deployment to Iraq. Some scenes are gruesome, some funny, some sad. All rolled into one it shows what it is really like (unlike Jarhead) to live and operate in a warzone.... That is a nutshell.
Air Force Cane
You have to watch the "trailer" it shows how when you are in the military you have a bs detector when it comes to people in the States "claiming they would fight hard if they were in the military", or those who "support the troops but not the war". and then there is the part singing "F You" to most of Hollywood
Air Force Cane
third clip has a mortar barrage, and some Muj lining up Iraqi civilians and machine gunning them. America needs to wake up and realize that these are Muslims brutally murdering other Muslims- it would be worse if you are a Christian/Jew/Hindu... Debate, disagreement, and dissention are part and parcel of American society. One need not support current/past/future US military ideology, nor be a veteran, to rightfully offer critical analysis and/or honest assesment. In this country, the miltary serves the will of the people and bears the weight of collective expectation. If you want to reverse that relationship and insure widespread unconditional public acceptance...I suggest Israel, China, or North Korea as the citizens of these nations serve the will of their armies. Thus, dissent or criticism is rare and "BS detectors" are rarely needed.

Wow, thank heavens that in the US we've never endured christians killing non-christians or blacks killing blacks or indians killing indians or even northerner killing southerners. We are above that kind of brutality.
Baculus
Interesting video - also interesting that they used a song by "Blood for Blood," a hardcore band that doesn't exactly endear itself to mainstream society. After all, its the "MTV" generation that tends to be supportive of the war, and its the counter-culture that tends to be rather dismissive of much of the mainstream American "MTV" generation as well, so we have a bit of a clash here with everyone saying "F-U." So I guess the message of this video is...well, F-everyone? I just found the opening video to be ironic in many ways - peace is a normal condition and the Real World outside of war zone. What do these guys want - a military dictatorship when they return from the war?
